  What a peaceful, relaxing stay! Great condo, great location! All our needs were comfortably met and the owner was very accessible and accommodating. We had a great time renting bikes as well as relaxing on the beach. We can't wait to get back! I find myself daydreaming about our time here... Simply wonderful!

  Although the weather was not what we expected we had three out of seven beautiful days! The condo was really ideal. we had a beautiful view and the beds were very comfortable! It was the perfect size to just sit and relax...very open and spacious and everything you needed was provided in the kitchen. We cooked almost daily. We brought our bikes and rode about a mile to seaside as well as all around the different areas and neighborhoods that were close by. The landlord was easy to get in touch with if there were any issues and the master shower was very nice! The only drawback that I could really say was the Internet connection was very spotty- And we had to use our own personal hotspot from our cell phones. I certainly would return to this unit. We had a very relaxing spring break even for the many hours we actually spent inside of the condo instead of on the beach despite the weather! book your vacation! You won't be sorry!

  One Seagrove Place is a nice building with a beautiful beachfront view and a heated pool. The unit was well furnrished and clean with comfortable beds. The building was in good shape and a new roof was being constructed when we were there. There were several shops and restaurants within walking distance and multiple shops and restaurants within biking and driving distance with planety of ammenities for families and children. We will definitely go back!

  My husband and I have just spent 4 marvelous days enjoying Unit 1101....aside from getting too much sun, we have only great things to say about this condo....it is CLEAN, well appointed, got all the gadgets, ample pots/pans, silverware, dishes/glasses, SHARP knives, lots of towels/wash clothes and many other "touches" to make our visit feel like "home."

  One Seagrove Place is right on the beach. Outstanding views. Well maintained and good security. I is a great choice if you like the beach, restaurants, biking or golf. Seagrove is a quiet community compared to the crowds at Destin or Panama City Beach. This particular condo is on the 11th floor and is an end unit. We really enjoyed the panoramic view and the privacy. It is well maintained and well equipped. The owner was very easy to work with and responsive. We look forward to returning next year.

  The unit itself was great. Very comfortable beds! I will say that the provided chairs and umbrella from the building was a disappointment. People were vultures for them and didn't care about the tenants.We had to go spend $120 on a canopy. Pool was great and had plenty of room. The ice cream shop, Angelina and Flip Flops were great to have so close. I would still recommend this unit and the owner was great to communicate with.

  My family and I enjoyed this Condo so much...great location on the 11th floor. Corner unit with no noise...and great view of the gulf! Very comfortable condo, very clean and inviting. Can't wait to return soon. I would definately recommend this unit to friends and family.

  Beautiful and well-maintained condo with an amazing view! Location makes for an easy bike ride to Seaside and great restaurants. Owner was very easy to work witth. Would definitly stay again as well as recommend this to friends.
