Long-term rental available @ $1,600/month all utilities included. Summer Rates (May 1 - October 31) - $250/night for up to 6 guests. Off-Season Rates (November 1 - April 30) - $195/night for 6 guests. Rates based on a 3-night minimum stay. One time cleaning fee of $150 and 8.25% Lodging Tax on rental fee. All lease agreements shall be in writing, secured by 1/2 payment with remaining balance due within 45 days of arrival date. A $500 security deposit is required and returned after your vist, normal wear and tear expected.
