  Upon my arrival, everything was described exactly like we seen. The efforts in there beautiful home bellies me with detail. I was visiting on business but surely will be returning for fun. "Escape to Summer" is a true statement!

  This was a excellent house to stay at. We stayed with another family and there was plenty of room for everyone. The swimming pool and hot tub was fantastic for the kids and adults. Everything in the house was very clean and well kept. The accomodations were fantastic and because of this it helped make our vacation very memorable. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

  We were looking for a home in Estrella Mountain Ranch with a heated pool and enough room for three couples to enjoy each others company but still have some personal space. This home fit the bill perfectly. A large home, well layed out, beautifully furnished and exceptionally clean. We have rented a number of homes and have always had very good experiences but this was the best. The first time I spoke to Stephanie, I expressed a concern about being able to use the trails and recreational areas, which are heavily posted as being for residents only. This turned out not to be a concern and she told us that, but she still printed out a document transfering residents priviledges to us during our stay. That was just one example of many small but significant gestures that made our stay memorable. (Thank you Carlie, for the Barrett Jackson passes. They were used and appreciated.) Stephanie asked us for suggestions on anything that could be improved and to be honest, we had to get pretty nit picky to come up with anything at all. The house is great, Estrella Mountain Ranch is a quiet, friendly,somewhat secluded community with plenty of recreational activities close at hand and still close to Phoenix and all it has to offer. Stephanie and Carlie really go out of their way to ensure their guests have a perfect holiday. We plan to return and are recommending it to our friends.

  First and foremost I have to comment on the owners. You made us feel like family. Whenever we had a question or concern you got back to us within minutes to just a few short hours of contacting you. Nothing sets apart a rental more than an owner who doesn't respond back to to you in a timely manner. Not the case here! We loved your home! It was so much more than the pictures can describe. Such an open plan and full of space. So much so that when we got back home we we commenting on how our home is so small and we are always in each others faces. It took some adjusting to get the love back for our home :) while we were there we met so neighboring people and ended up have a fantastic New Years with some great new friends! Our children just loved the pool. We couldn't pull them out to go places. Again we were lucky though that your home is such a retreat that spending most of our vacation in it and not doing other things was A-OK with everyone. It a little weird waking up Christmas morning and opening presents, eating your eggs benidict on the patio while the kids swim when your used to snow, but this was one for the book of approval. You are so conveniently placed in a quiet neighborhood it was so relaxing for us. The Safeway and other stores were just down the street from us. Restaurants and shopping down the way were fantastic! We recommend the the Black Bear restaurant for breakfast. Again thank you for a wonderful memory filled holiday! We will be returning to Phoenix/ Goodyear next year and will be asking to stay at your home if you will allow us to again. A special shout out to your fantastic pool man and his wife, they were amazing and made my sons day. And they came over on their holiday time. Don't let them go. He's Macgyver!   Let me start by saying.......What a "gem" for 3 couples staying 1 week for a friend's wedding. This home is just amazing and I have done many rentals before. This one rates #1. We were in "awe" the minute we walked in! From the cleanliness, spacious rooms, huge kitchen and awesome backyard pool/hot tub. For our group the kitchen was the place to be in the morning. The HUGE kitchen and comfy island made it easy to have our morning coffee, breakfast/lunch, check our emails and plan our day. In the evening the backyard pool/hot tub was just as amazing. So great to relax in and talk about our funfilled day. We took the option of heating the pool and hot tub. Perfect to enjoy November nights! This house was very well stocked, nicely decorated, comfy beds and even a case of bottled water in the fridge for our arrival! They even went out of their way to buy a kettle during our stay! Perfect for tea with Irish Cream! Groceries can all be done at a almost new Safeway only a couple of miles away. There are also a few Pizza places for dine in or takeout. All kinds of dining 15 minutes away. Stephanie and Carlie her daughter are also why this house was a pleasure to rent! From the first time I emailed Shephanie to the checkout with Carlie all transactions were prompt which made the rental process a breeze. Thanks again Stephanie and Carlie for the wonderful stay and like I said we will try to make this trip a yearly event! We were spoiled!

  We spent a week at this home and it was a pleasure to stay here . First of all , the owners are great to deal with . The home sits in a beautiful and tranquil gated section of Estrella just 15 minutes from highway I-10 . Nestled in the foothills this Luxury 4 bed 3.5 bath home is beautifully furnished and to us lacked nothing .Built by one of the best builders in the area it is quality throughout . Big and well designed kitchen with all the things needed to have meals if desired . The floor plan is fantastic for those needing their "space". The master suite is just awesome and large and the bathroom area is amazing and spacious . Outside is just as great as you have a beautiful pool ,spa and patio with seating for 6 ,outdoor dining anyone? Private and quiet neighborhood and small park and walking trails very close .You can't go wrong with this home .The owners thought of everything to make your stay a wonderful experience and we surely appreciated it . great beds as well ,just amazing ! Like I said ,great house ,great people and the home is very ,very comfortable -might be hard to leave ! I have rented many vacation homes and this is near or at the very top of my list of great homes to stay in . Enjoy!

  My family and I stayed in this beautiful home for two weeks. It was honestly the best stay away from home I have experienced. The owners were very friendly and a wonderful help - making the entire rental process very easy and comfortable. The home is amazing! It is beautifully decorated, and every bedroom has its own charm. The beds are very high quality and offer great nights' sleep. The kitchen is fabulous and is stocked with everything one could need. The back yard/pool is also wonderful; my kids swam in the pool every day, and we enjoyed the bar-b-que grill often during our stay. While we were in AZ for my son to play in two baseball tournaments, I could not have asked for a better place to spend our time than this home. It is not a far drive from stores or from the baseball fields. It is perfect for Spring Training time or, really, any time! We felt at home here, and we didn't want to leave. I can't wait until we get to return!

  This house was spectacular! From the furniture to the bedding to the kitchen, everything was brand new and super clean. This was a beautiful home inside and out. My kids played in the pool non-stop. Thank you for the wonderful stay, we will be back soon. We have found our home away from home.
