  Our party of ten, made up of three families, spent three days in this resort style home. The listing was accurately described and perfectly accommodated, clean and well-maintained. Pictures do not do the property justice. We spent our time here as if we were in a resort, only leaving the property to replenish the toilet paper supply. We took advantage of every included amenity, allowing for six adults and children aged 7 - 12 activities to enjoy together as well as the space for alone time. Being as spoiled as we were, the only wish our group had was a second refrigerator to better accommodate large groups. Being that this was our "stay-cation" from Phoenix and that we are familiar with the area. we did not have the need to venture out, yet the home is local to many different activities. On our way home, we did visit the local Cerreta's Candy Factory for a yummy end to our stay. The general consensus of our group was "same time next year." This was our first vacation of this sort and has redefined our requirements for vacationing.

  We traveled to Phoenix with 5 adults and 4 children under the age of six. After a long search of all the available homes on-line we decided to go with this one. We are incredibly happy we did. As already noted by everyone else, the pool was absolutely fantastic. If you are traveling with children, they will not get bored in this pool. Lots of pool toys were available at the home when we traveled. The home itself was clean, beds and linen were very comfortable and lots of towels. The kitchen was well stocked with bowls, utensils and pots/pans. The pantry had assorted leftovers from previous visitors so no need to buy the sugar, spices, cooking oils, etc. Brian was very easy to work with and prompt with replies. Our first day, we discovered the blender wasn't working. We replaced the unit and Brian credited us the amount within 4 hours. When we return to Phoenix for more heat, golf, shopping and pool fun... this is the home we will return to. You will not be disappointed either.

  8 Golfing buddies stayed at this house and it had everything we needed. You could sleep 10 people here, easily. The house had tons of room and the garage worked perfect for storing the golf clubs. The kitchen is very well stocked and had lots of room to work in. The pool was amazing. The pictures don't do it justice. The location was great. Went to the hockey game, only a 10 minute drive. Lots of decent golf courses close by as well.

  Amazing vacation home that accomodated 10 ladies for a fun bachelorette party! The house was so roomy, and had a great kitchen. The best part was the pool! Great time. We will be back for sure!

  We were very pleased with the home and all of its' amenities. The pool was the best part. The kids were in it all day long. We also enjoyed the neighborhood, taking frequent strolls to view the amazing flora. I'd highly recommend this home to large families or groups.

  This property was perfect for our group of 8 in town for Spring Training. The house and neighborhood are very clean and well kept. Plenty of space in the front and back yards. The house had enough beds for our entire group. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. The location is close to grocery stores, food, and most important to us -- the ballparks. The owner, Brian, provided all the info we needed prior to our arrival and was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. We will definitely look to stay here again next year. Thanks for everything, Brian!

  This property was truly perfect for our occasion . We had 5 dads and 5 sons in Phoenix for a hockey Tournament . We not only won the Tournament but the boys are still raving about how good of time we all had . The pool was the perfect size , the rock was a hit and the Basketball hoop was the centre of most competitions . The Hot tub was perfect for the evening once the boys had shut her down for the night . We spent alot of time at the house because it was that enjoyable . We even had the entire team over for a BBQ and swim one day and it was also a hit . The coyotes arena was only 15 minutes away and we took in a game well. Gotta love phoenix , I'd come back again for sure and stay at this house .

  We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Most of our time was spent in the pool which is awesome by the way !! Overall we where impressed with this property as it was well maintained and very clean. I would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone that is considering staying in the Phoenix Metro area. We have stayed at other vacation rentals in the past and this one is the best yet

  Stayed there with a few friends while in town for some Royals spring training baseball. Had a great time and the house and pool are VERY nice. Met all of our expectations and then some. Only minor criticism is that a welcome packet would have been nice. We didn't realize it was a gated community and needed to call for the code when we got there. Also had to do the same for wi-fi password. Brian was very helpful though when contacted with any of that. Overall I would definitely go back. Well worth the cost of the stay.

We do email out prior to your arrival a home instructions and welcome packet that has all of that information... gate code, garage code, wifi and much more.   We recently stayed in the most gorgeous vacation rental home. The amenities were far above what we expected. The beds were so comfy and loved the soaking tub in the master bathroom. The kitchen cupboards were stocked with anything you needed. We had lots of fun in the gorgeous pool with a swim up bar and plenty of lounge chairs for our whole family. The location was perfect and close to lots of upscale shopping and restaurants. The new outlet malls have just recently opened and are only a few miles away! We will definitely be staying here when we come back to this area!
