  My family and I stayed here for a Thanksgiving getaway/wedding celebration and had an amazing time. Not only did my parents, grandmother and sister enjoy the home but my husband and I, along with our 13-month-old baby, had the time of our lives at Casa Rosa. Not only was BlueWater Properties extremely helpful in making our stay as easy and stress-free as possible, they also did not disappoint on the comfort of our living arrangements for the week. Each bedroom was wonderful in size and the kitchen allowed us to cook a lot of our meals during the week. The views and pool were stunning and it was just a short walk down 3 hills (may be too steep for some) to get to the ocean. The only thing I can think of that may have been a drawback is the tile outside that was extremely slippery when wet so we had to be really careful with our little one when walking around. Though we would have been anyway with a pool right off our back patio. All tours and transportation were easily booked through Mateo of BlueWater Properties, who was always accessible and eager to help in any way possible. An amazing vacation and we will certainly contact BlueWater again for our next trip to Costa Rica!

  This home is beautiful! The home is beautifully decorated and is equipped with everything you would need. The kitchen has every gadget and the home provides towels and linens. The home is equipped with wifi and an alarm system. The best part of this home...the amazing views! Pictures cannot capture the magnificence of this view. Being able to lay by the infinity pool and take in your surroundings is the perfect end to a day on the beach. The home is in a great location to several beaches and numerous restaurants. Bluewater Properties was very easy to work with. They had someone take us to the home and show us around. One evening we lost water and Blue Water Properties was very easy to reach to report the issue to and provide us with a resolution. This home is so comfortable and has a spa like feel. It is so comfortable, we didn't want to leave! We enjoyed every minute we spent here. This home has three bedrooms and three full baths. The rooms are large in size. This home would be great for families or couples looking for a getaway. I can't say enough great things about this home. We loved it and will return to Casa Rosa!

  My family and I feel blessed that the owners of this wonderful vacation home made it available in the short term rental market. We have stayed at numerous home rentals in island and beach locations and Casa Rosa by far is the crown jewell of them all. This house has a complete well-stocked kitchen, every utensil or appliance or serviceware you need is available and all of good quality. The bedrooms are large and the linens and towels in the bedrooms and bathrooms are superb quality and the beds are all super comfortable. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and they are large and spa like in their design. A very luxurious feel. The main living area of this single level home is large, open and has great views out to the veranda, pool and ocean below. Did I say that the furnishings were very comfortable? They are very inviting after a full day of activities and sun when you are cooling down. Speaking of the outside pool area, it has very comfortable patio funiture for relaxing or dining, how can you not spend a lot of time here?(writing this review now in one of the chaises, looking out on that great ocean view!) and the infinity pool is a nice depth and great for cooling off while watching the sportfishing and sailboats cruise the water. The management company, Blue Water Properties, has been very good to work with and they have a great concierge service that will help you book tours and answer questions on sites to see and restaurants in the area. You can book all your tours while sipping a cold drink next to the pool and the tours will pick you up and reture you right to the house. All of these things make you feel like you are at a high-end resort, but with the space, comfort and relxation of a personal home. Please do yourself a favor and stay at Casa Rosa if coming to Flamingo Beach area! It is worth it!
