  What you see is what you get. This lovely condo had everything we were looking for. Very cozy and comfortable when you want to curl up and read a book or chill out. Well appointed kitchen, all the comforts of home. Bathrooms are spacious with great water pressure in the showers and plenty of extra storage space for luggage etc in the master walk-in. Treasure Island is resort above the rest in PCB. The views from the balcony are fabulous and can be enjoyed from the master suite as well. With 3 teenage girls it was wonderful to be right on the beach and also have the use of the beautiful pool. Location is perfect for on foot shopping and things to do for the older children without worry. We enjoyed being at the quieter end of the island and not be in the middle of the hustle and bustle but we could be in just a quick 5 minutes. Great restaurants all around and plenty of excursions just at the base of the bridge. State park is 2 blocks away and very beautiful. Very easy recommendation for us. Owners are very helpful and accommodating.

  Thank you Lynn for caring how our trip turned out. We loved the condo. It was wonderfully located, away from the crowd. It was crowded that week. It is close to our favorite restaurants and night clubs. Everything worked and the deck was the best yet! The girls loved the wireless internet, it worked great! We also did the waverunner tour through "Island Waverunners" which is the best watersport deal in the city. The girls parasailed and the ocean was marvelous. We floated on rafts and boy did we get a tan! The drinks at Schooner's were handy as well as by the pool they had a food and drink stand. So convenient. The girls loved the realtime web cam at Schooner's which they visited nightly and called their friends to see them live. Our people back home really got a kick out of it! The blender worked in the condo which sometimes they don't after you bought all the mixes. We loved the washer and dryer. The televisions worked without being too technical. Just wonderful!! Above all, the beds were comfortable. We loved the closet setup in the master bathroom. It was easy to get ready that way. The parking garage assigned space was extremely handy. Just drive up and park and get your cart and bring in groceries or unload your luggage. The girls said everything was wonderful this trip except on the way home my sister got a speeding ticket. I guess you can't have it all. Thank you Lynn for being such a conscientious condo owner. I will recommend you to anyone else I know coming down.

  I've stayed in condo's in Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, Virginia and Texas. This condo is the best I have stayed in. Everything was set up just like a home. From soap in the bathrooms to the right kitchen utensils. The furniture was top grade. I've even ordered a recliner just like the one I sat in for a week. It was great. If you want the best condo on the beach stay here and you won't be dissapointed. Sincerely: Kerry lee Johnson
