The apartment on the 7 th floor of a small private road with dedicated parking space, concierge service and a lift is perfect for two couples or a family of 4 persons. Recently redone has two double bedrooms with two bathrooms, one with a bathtube and the other with a shower, spacious living room with two balconies overlooking the front garden and a kitchen equipped with good facilities. If necessary, two sliding doors shut the galley. There are LCD TV, internet (WiFi), air conditioning, dishwasher and washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer in bathrooms. The nearest transport stop MM Piola is about 400 mt from the house, the 61 bus takes to Piazza San Babila and bus 91 to the central railway station in 10 min. There you can find connections to all the Milan airports. In our area there's a street market on Monday morning, nice bars and restaurants are not far away, as well as cinemas and theaters. It is a neighborhood full of life during the day and quiet at night!

We've rented a number of places in Italy through VRBO and Manuela's flat is one of the best we've encountered. The building is clean, quiet, and secure. The apartment is well furnished and comfortable, and everything works well. The location is also good--near tram, metro, and bus lines and close enough to the center to go in and out easily.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities.

When we first entered this tastefully decorated apartment we felt a lovely ambiance. The lounge/dinning room is spacious and the two bedrooms are of reasonable size with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are very modern and the washing machine, ironing board etc. were very useful. The apartment is very clean and have lots of extra clean linens provided with full kitchen utensils supplied. The location is reasonably close to transport and services such as supermarkets and restuarants. Manuela the owner and her friend Monica who took care of us on our arrival day were very pleasent, friendly, easy to deal with and very helpful at all times and we extend our thanks to them for making us feel welcome. We felt completely at home in this lovely apartment and we are happy to recommend it to others.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities.

We stayed in this apartment for one week in June. It was perfect size for the family of four. There are two separate bedrooms with two baths and spacious living room. Apartment is very well furnished with beautiful art and interesting library. It has three balconies and you can see mountains on a good day. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late and were very pleased to find fresh milk in the fridge as well as water bottle and even some spaghetti to cook! The area is very quiet, a little off the city center but close to metro and all local attractions can be easily reached by metro, bus or tram. There are several good restaurants and pizzerias in the area. We especially liked the restaurant that the owner recommended Piero e Pia, it was definitely worth the visit. Great farmers market on Mondays just across the street. We really enjoyed our stay and this apartment will be on top of our list when we come to Milan again!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

My wife and I stayed in the apartment on a two days business trip. The apartment is great! Very spacious and comfortable, nice and well equipped. The beds were a major concern, as I am tall and have a bad back, and they were very comfortable. The air conditioner was quiet and efficient. The bathrooms modern and well appointed. The kitchen proved perfect, even when we only made breakfast. An espresso machine is a welcome bonus. Everything was clean and in good shape. The house is located in a pleasant neighborhood, provides nice view from the balconies, and is near public transportation. The owner proved to be a pleasure as well – nice, accommodating, and a fun and interesting person. Exceeded our expectations, and we are certain to stay there again on our next trip.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
