Look no further! Our 9th floor condo at the highly regarded Sandcastle II in Marco Island was completely and professionally remodeled with all new furnishings in 2012. This southwest facing unit provides gorgeous sunset, beach, gulf front and island views from the lanai. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner from the warmth of the lanai or simply relax with a glass of wine as you watch nature unfold...spectacular sunsets graced with dolphins and pelicans!
This two bedroom condo features an open living area, while offering the privacy of a split bedroom layout. Floor to ceiling sliding doors and windows throughout the condo provide incredible views of the Gulf waters as they turn turquoise green in the afternoon sun. The spacious lanai can be accessed from both bedrooms as well as the living area...what a view!
The condo features new porcelain tile throughout the entire unit. The kitchen includes new cabinets, high-end granite countertops and new appliances and fixtures. It is fully stocked with everything you would need and expect for your home away from home including various starter supplies. The granite countertop features a generous overhang with 4 bar stools for additional eating and countertop space.
Each bedroom has a private bathroom with new cabinets and granite countertops. The large open concept master bathroom features an over sized glass shower (even the shower has incredible beach views!) and L-shaped double vanities with lots of closet space. Both bedrooms feature flat screen TVs and have spectacular floor to ceiling windows and accompanying sliding glass doors. The open living and dining area is warm and inviting and includes a flat screen HDTV. The double sliding glass doors provide access to the large lanai with incredible views of the beach and gulf! Additionally, there is a washer and dryer provided in the unit.
With private, direct beach access you are just a few steps to the sand and surf. Sandcastle II is located on the south beach part of Marco, with an ideal location that is private but within walking distance of area shops and restaurants. Owners provide a beautifully furnished apartment. The apartment includes an exceptionally well-stocked kitchen; everything you could possibly need or want! The view from the lanai is outstanding! The building, Sandcastle II is well-situated on Marco at the tail end of the commercial area, with a very clean private beach and pool. We decided to return next year without any hesitation!Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers.

We just returned home after a delightful month on Marco Island. This condo was the best of the many we have stayed in. It has been beautifully redecorated and completely remodeled. It was a pleasant surprise to find it as well stocked as our kitchen at home, right down to the pizza cutter. Anything we needed was there and it was nice to not have to shop immediately for all the basic condiments and staples, since they were all there to be used. The beds are all spacious and comfortable and bedding sparkling fresh. The owners couldn't have been more accommodating to work with and really care about everything being perfect for their guests. We couldn't give a higher recommendation than for our total experience in renting this unit at the beautiful Sandcastle II condominiums! As a final plus for this particular rental is the SW exposure from the balcony! The warm sunshine throughout the day makes it a pleasure to sit outside and relax, and then enjoy the sunsets and dinners in the refreshing breezes. The unit's location seems to have a natural windbreak on the building as we never had a problem with wind like we have had in so many other places. These are things that are important and many times overlooked in searching for a nice place to rent. Look no further, this is the one you want!Recommended for: Age 55+.

My sister and I have just returned from our vacation at this elegant condo on Marco Island overlooking the spectacular views of the Gulf. The condo is beautiful, meticulous, and the location is perfect! Everything is top-notch and first class! The owners went over, above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. They've provided every amenity one can think of and more. The living and bedroom areas are beautifully furnished and decorated with warm earth-tones and just the right splashes of vibrant color. The bathrooms and kitchen are dazzling and have the feel of being in an exclusive resort but with the comforts of home. Everything is new and sparkling! The breathtaking sunsets as well as falling asleep (and awakening) to the tranquil sounds of the ocean from this condo are rejuvenating! And because of the spacious lanai we were able to experience it from every room! Assuming you are able to tear yourself away from this beautiful condo, the pool and Marco Island's beautiful beach are only a few steps away. A variety of dining options are within close proximity. Our experience with the Owners was pleasurable and hassle-free. We loved dealing with them! We hope to return to Marco Island and this stunning condo again. We were extremely satisfied and comfortable here! Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing vacation! Discover as we did, once you go to Marco you'll want to return again and again. Its just the right size to feel comfotable while at the same time offers a great array of outdoor and water activities such as boating, jet skiing, parasailing, biking and golf. Marco also features many excellent shops and restaurants. And Naples is just a short drive from Marco.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We love sitting on the lanai and having our morning coffee or in the evening enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets. When on the island, there's plenty to do at your own pace. We love walking on the beach in the morning, shelling and watching for pelicans and dolphins. Nearby golf courses offer nature preserve environments that are simply gorgeous.
