  This property delivered all possible expectations. Location was fantastic with Whole Foods a 2 min walk, the bus to downtown right on the corner of Whole Foods, trendy shops, etc. The beds were super comfortable with nice bedding. There was 6 of us in total, we were all very much blown away when we walked in. Very clean, everything you need to enjoy your stay in Nola! We will be back when we go again....nice to know it's there waiting for us!

  The place is beautiful, pictures do not do it justice. Nice big living area and kitchen for entertaining. Stayed there with 6 friends for a long weekend and there was plenty of space. 3 full bathrooms was very convenient. Nice cozy back porch and backyard right off of living area. The house is 2 blocks from Whole Foods on Magazine Street along with restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. Quick walk to St Charles where you can catch the streetcar to the French Quarter. The owner was very accomodating and helpful. I would definitely stay there again next time I visit!

  I rented this house for a group of 8 women for a bachelorette party. Many of us in the group went to law school at Tulane and lived nearby, so it was great to be back in our old neighborhood. The proximity to the Whole Foods made it very convenient to stock the house for the weekend. The house itself was quite lovely and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the common areas were perfect for gathering for dinner or catching up over coffee. We were able to walk to many of the restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. Our only difficulty was trying to get cabs Saturday night to take us to the Quarter for our dinner reservations. Beautiful house and helpful owners. The photos didn't do it justice. I would highly recommend it.

  This property is absolutely gorgeous. The pics online are a tease b/c once you arrive you are like WOW! This home is very spacious and comfortably accommodated my group of 8. Cleanliness was very impressive and the owners certainly maintain this property quite well and were also very helpful with any inquireis or concerns. It was very convenient to downtown by cab or street car. There are lots of shops and eateries within walking distance along with a Whole Foods Grocery store. Home is located in a very nice neighborhood and neighbors were really friendly. I will definitely be booking this property in the future as it made my stay in Nawlins one of the best yet and wld recommend it to anyone. Thanks for extending your home to us. REGARDS

  I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to plan a vacation to NOLA. The owners were very friendly and attentive, the home was beautiful and clean and the neighborhood was perfect. We were within walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and groceries. It was only a 10-20 min drive to all other New Orleans attractions including the WWII museum, French Quarter and Garden District. We had plenty of room and each bedroom had its own bath. When we go back to New Orleans, I hope we get to stay here again!

  This is a fantastic house. The vrbo photos and description are accurate but don't quite do it justice—the house is even better in person! We stayed for two full weeks over the holidays and were very comfortable the whole time. 5 of us stayed there and there were 4 more family members staying around new orleans who stopped by daily so the house often had 9 people in it comfortably. It was a great setting for celebrating: we cooked christmas dinner for 9 and ate at the big table (we had to bring some of our own kitchen stuff, like a roasting pot and some extra dishes, but the kitchen is very well-stocked on its own). We set up a christmas tree and stockings. It was very homey despite not being our home. The property is very clean and well-maintained. Someone came by to groom the yard while we were there and the house was spotless when we arrived. One thing I will say is they have just barely enough towels. It might be smart to bring some of your own—we did and were glad to have something to use as a bathmat (there isn't one in the master br). There also aren't any towel racks in the master (just shelves). Not a big deal but hopefully they are planning to install a bar or two. The only complaints anyone had about the house at all were plumbing related: it takes a few minutes for the water to get hot, the pipes are occasionally noisy, and sometimes you have to jiggle the toilet chains to make them stop running. Other than those small issues this house is in wonderful condition! Worth noting: we were there during cold weather and had no cause to use the AC so I can't speak to how well it works but the heating and fireplace work just fine. The owners were very responsive when we had questions. I emailed them for the wifi password and got a quick response, and had to call once because the alarm system was beeping. They returned my call right away. (and the beeping was easily stopped). I would definitely recommend this house! I hope we get to stay there again someday. It is in a gorgeous neighborhood near the park, just a few blocks from great bars (dos jefes) and restaurants (Patois), a wholefoods, and Magazine street shops. Perfect!

  SPECTACULAR truly describes this great home. I was looking for a "home away from home" for our trip to New Orleans for a family wedding and I hit the jackpot. Ana was so gracious and met all our needs. We were able to provide space for our entire family which included 10 adults and 1 toddler. The floor plan is great for entertaining with the open space, great deck and lovely backyard. The neighborhood is wonderful and the neighbors were so friendly. This location allows you to walk to the grocery store. There is a bakery one block from the house for you to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee while sitting outside soaking in this great area of town. We all enjoyed our stay and want to make plans to return soon to visit this great home again. Thanks Ana for providing this awesome home for my family.

  A last minute find for Jazz Fest 2012! Thanks to the owners for being so considerate and helpful. They even dropped off a new coffee maker immediately upon hearing from my father (whom they met walking around the very lovely and safe neighborhood) that our coffee pot no longer worked. The place was very clean and well maintained. If you need a place for a large gathering like a crawfish boil, this house's yard may not suffice, but the home itself was amazing. For the decor, think "uptown new Orleans cottage meets Hotel California/desert Mexican-style".

  Not only was this home exceptional and accommodating, Ana was too. She was so helpful and flexible with our travel arrangements. A true professional and the house reflects the same. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay there and it made for a memorable weekend with my family and son who competed in his final track meet for Tulane!! Thanks again Ana. Everything was fabulous.

  We stayed at Ana and Hisham's home over Easter weekend 2012 with my parents, brother, and our two kids. It was a very last minute (and very frantic) reservation, because our previous arrangements had fallen through that morning. When we arrived at the home, though, we were almost glad for the change in plans, because the house was just perfect for us! It is very spacious and beautifully decorated, yet homey and welcoming at the same time. The beds were also very comfortable-- even more comfortable than our beds at home! The layout of the home also made it perfect for our group, as each bedroom had an adjacent bathroom, and each had a sense of privacy. We used the master bedroom, which was large enough for us to set up beds for the kids without feeling cramped (Hisham and Ana have a very nice foldout bed that our 4 year old used- it was very comfortable as well). The home is also very conveniently located, in a lovely neighborhood, within walking distance to Whole Foods, coffee shops, and stores. We will definitely stay here again!

Depending on season or event, there is a charge of $50-$150 per night for each additional person (up to two) for a maximum capacity of 8.

Rates below $400/night are for long-term stays ONLY

Please respect the Non-smoking rule

DEPOSIT: 50% of total stay BY CHECK to reserve, remaining balance is due at least 30 days before arrival.

EVENTS: Full payment expected at reservation time

CANCELATION POLICY: 60 days for refund for non events, 90 days for events.
