Escape to the crystal waters and soft sandy beaches of beautiful Panama City Beach where you have unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and you can 'Sea 4 Miles' from our 15th floor Gulf front condo (East Tower) at the Caribbean inspired Calypso Resort and Towers.
Relax and enjoy a cool drink at the NEW TIKI BAR located on the Gulf between the 2 pools. Free High Speed Internet access, and Hair Dryers in the bathrooms.
Calypso is directly adjacent to the blossoming PIER PARK entertainment and Shopping Complex where LONGHORN STEAKHOUSE, TARGET (with basic groceries), STARBUCKS, PANERA BREAD, MARGARITAVILLE, DILLARDS, SOUTHERN THEATRES - a 16 Theatre Complex and many more stores are now open. The theatre features stadium seating, digital sound, a game room, advance ticketing over the Internet and a specialty café.
The Boardwalk section of Pier Park opened February 2008 and numerous other stores will be opening in the coming weeks with the Grand Opening scheduled for May 2008.
Our condo has been professionally decorated with tropical style furnishings throughout, which is in keeping with the exterior architecture and landscaping at the Resort.
Your luxury accommodations include a Gulf front Master with King Size Bed, Private Bath, Walk-in closet and sliding glass door to the private balcony. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and direct access to the hall bath. The King and Queen beds each have a Serta Supreme Pillowtop Mattress. There is a third bedroom with bunk beds - perfect for the kids with full and twin beds. All rooms are equiped with plasma TVs . The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. All bedrooms and the Living Room have black-out curtains for when you want to sleep in or take an afternoon nap.
There are breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the Kitchen, Living Room and Master Bedroom. The balcony, which spans the length of the unit has seating for 5 and is aperfect place for reading, dining, and enjoying the beautiful sunsets.
Our 15th floor location is just high enough to escape from the hustle and bustle below and offers you privacy that you do not have on the lower floors.
There are a variety of seasonal activities conveniently located on-site such as Jet Skiing, Parasailing, Catamaran Rental and Banana Boat Rides. These activities can be arranged at the Beach side Kiosk for an additional fee.
We rent Saturday to Saturday during peak season. Shorter stays will be considered last minute and during non peak weeks.
We rent to families and adults 25 years and older. We do not rent to any vacationing students or young adults under the age of 25 unaccompanied by a responsible adult (parent or guardian) who will be at the property for the entire stay.

This property turned out to be even better in person than in the photos. We were delighted with the size of the unit, decor and furnishing. Everything was clean and in good repair. Very comfortable. The Calypso is in walking distance of Pier Park. We walked over for coffee, dinner, Target and souvenir shopping. WalMart is also nearby for groceries/etc. The unit owner was not local but very available and responsive by phone. I would definitely stay here again and do business with them again. We enjoyed a fabulous week and received excellent value for our money.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Our vacation could not have been more perfect. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Great location to Pier Park. Owners were friendly, quickly to return our emails, texts and phone calls. By the end of our stay we felt as though they were our friends. This was our first stay at the Calypso and we will definately stay again and rent from the owners. Thanks for everything!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
