  We recently spent 10 days at the condo. Our 5th trip to Hawaii but first time on Kauai. It was wonderful. The condo is in a great location. We went as far north as Tunnels, south to Poipu, and west to Waimea. View from the lanai is breathtaking and true ocean front. We enjoyed the nearby Coco Palms tour very much. A big highlight was the tour of the Na Pali with Captain Bob. Our favorite place to eat was Duane's Ono Char Burger in Anahola. So good we ate their twice! We enjoy antiques and markets and found several treasures at yard sales and thrift stores. We spent every evening on the beach. We usually had it all to ourselves except for a local fisherman. With the condo facing east, we watched the sunrise from the lanai while sipping some Kona coffee.The condo we nicely equipped and having the stocked kitchen and handy washer and dryer helped save some $$$ for other fun activities. We greatly appreciated the snorkel gear, boogie boards and beach chairs, and we used the binoculars watching for honu (turtles) daily. Our only recommendation would be a magnifying mirror and a small fan for the bathroom. It can get muggy in there when the trades aren't really blowing. Marvis was so helpful with our check in and out. We hope to return again! Mahalo for the priceless memories.

  My husband & I stayed here for 7 nights & it was great. The owners have given attention to every detail. I was leery about the noise level after reading several reviews of other units in this building but thanks to what appeared to be 2 sets of double paned windows (quadruple paned?) in the bedroom & blackout curtains, you couldn't hear or see a thing! There are beautiful floors, new cabinets & granite counter tops in the bathroom & kitchen. Coconut marketplace is right down the street & we walked there everyday. We also went grocery shopping (there's a Foodland store savings card attached to the key) so that we could fix a few breakfasts & lunches on our own. Thanks to a small cooler & and ice packs that the owners have on hand, we packed lunch & spent a few days at the beach without having to spend an arm & a leg. I would recommend unit 306 to anyone wanting to stay on the East side of the island. Thank you so much Zoe & Marvis for your hospitality!

  We had a wonderful week in Kauai. The appartment was perfect, the view from the balcony was amazing. We let the sliding door open during the night so we could hear the sound of the ocean. We also appreciated to have all kinds of CD including Hawaian music . Every thing was perfect, we will return there for sure for our futur vacations in Kauai. Merci beaucoup pour tout, l'appartement était parfait, Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse au son des vagues que nous pouvions entendre du haut de notre balcon. La vue était magnifique et toutes les commodités aussi Merci encore pour tout Steve

  My husband and I have just spent our third 2 weeks in this awesome "home." It is without a doubt the perfect location for a vacation in Kauai The unit is wonderful - totally eqipped, spotless, and perfect in every way. The location is convenient for visiting the entire island because it it midway between either end of the "must see" places on Kauai. We loved the fact that this complex gave us a neighborly feeling - we felt part of the community that was staying there. One of the highlights was watching the Hawaiian outrigger canoe racing events off of the beach in front of us . We can't imagine any other location that would be a better choice for your stay in Kauai.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.
