  This was an amazing villa on the hillside in Coral Bay. I have never seen such a beautiful view. Cathy the manager was great and helped us find it (which was useful since it was dark when we arrived and it might have been a challenge without her given the hillside.) We stayed in another villa on St. John previously, but this one was by far my favorite. It's nestled back in the hillside and quite quiet. The owner thought of everything when building this house. The kitchen was all designer appliances and the deck area makes you want to just stay outside all the time. The view is awesome and is so much more interesting than just an ocean view. The bedrooms are spacious and have an awesome outdoor shower. We only used the airconditioning once or twice and it quickly brought the temp when on. The bannanna quits (little yellow and black birds) loved the sugar we placed out for them and were constant company out on the deck. I only wish I could come back and stay every year. It would be perfect for a family of 5 or two couples. You can't go wrong with this place.

  This was our second trip to Easy Breezes, so clearly, we love it or we wouldn't have come all the way back The villa has every amenity you could possibly want, surrounded by beautiful views and entertaining wildlife all over the island. Falling asleep to the sounds of tree frogs, waking up at dawn to the roosters, looking out at sunrise over the islands from bed in the morning. It's a luxurious paradise in the middle of a natural wonderland. This is the spot for people who just want to "chill". If you're looking for nightlife and "action", you'd be better off on the other side of the island. But, if you're like us, and just want to have zero stress, Easy Breezes is your ticket. I like to work out so at first I was concerned that there was no equipment, but that is not an issue -- we hiked, swam ourselves silly, and even just a "walk" up and down the road to the house is more than what most people would consider exercise. So, mother nature has taken care of your physical fitness needs, right outside the door. On top of all that, the price is really reasonable, considering all that you get with the house, location, pool, hot tub, views, great kitchen, free wireless, and so on. One tip - we packed a whole suitcase full of nonperishable food, because some items are pretty expensive on the island. You don't really need much clothing, aside from swim suits and cover-ups, so you should have plenty of room left in your luggage for food if you want to do what we did. That way, most of the time, we could cook at home and enjoy eating on the deck. Oh, and the star gazing is pretty amazing, too.

  Wow! What can we say about this beautiful house! We obviously love Easy Breezes as this was our 2nd time we rented it in 2012. We have been vacationing in STJ for almost 20 years and this is by far one of the best homes we have rented. We have always loved Coral Bay for its quiet island charm and laid back attitude. This home came highly recommended and we fell in love with the house the moment we parked the car in the driveway and walked onto the very large covered stone porch. The views are spectacular! You can see the east end of St. John, Tortola, and many other smaller BVI islands. We spent every morning and evening hanging out on the expansive porch relaxing and enjoying the views. We enjoyed waking up to the roosters crowing in the morning and listening to the chirping frogs and nightlife during the evening. This side of the island is quiet – you don’t hear cars and trucks and the house is secluded. We vacationed with another couple and the porch is so large that all 4 of us could each find a quiet spot to chill and relax. The patio furniture is plentiful with tables, comfortable chairs and chaise lounges. Easy Breezes also has a nice pool and hot tub that offer the same spectacular Caribbean views. The hot tub was a relaxing way to end a day at the beach. Not many houses offer a pool and hot tub and having both is a must on vacation for us. Waking up every morning and being able to watch the sunrise in bed made getting up early every morning worth it. The bedrooms are air conditioned, although with the breezes you don’t really need the A/C to sleep at night. We especially loved the outdoor shower. How cool is that?? The house is tastefully decorated, clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with many tropical plants and flowers. The hummingbirds were plentiful and we enjoyed watching them. Our favorite beach for chilling: Maho Bay. Favorite restaurant: Aqua Bistro in Coral Bay. Tasty lunch spot: The Tourist Trap. Cruz Bay watersports Jost Van Dyke trip - it was a lot of fun. The owner Hal is a great guy and made the rental process easy and stress free. On our first visit in April, the manager Cathy met us in Coral Bay and we followed her for a short drive to the house. She even offered to meet us at the ferry but as we know the island, it was not necessary. We can’t say enough great things about this awesome house. We plan to come back to Easy Breezes in 2013 as we have found our home away from home

  Dear Cathy, Our recent visit to St. John, and especially our stay at Easy Breezes far surpassed our expectations. The phrase, "Under promise and over deliver." comes to mind about Easy Breezes. The pictures on the website did not do it justice. The landscaping and decor was absolutely beautiful. The house, pool and spa were immaculate. Whoever cleans deserves a pat on the back. Privacy and quiet were our primary concerns and Easy Breezes was tops in both areas. The owners obviously put a lot of thought into making the large, covered, outdoor porch, with the spectacular views, the focus of comfortable relaxation. We felt like we were guests in a special home and not just a place to stay. We will be back! Thanks again for your special attention and help. It was so nice meeting you and Clark.
