My husband, myself, our 21 year old son and his two roommates stayed in this unit for four nights. It was very spacious and the unit was as described in the listing and the photos accurately reflected the appearance of the unit. It was clean. The only thing negative was that we had to purchase wireless internet service for 24.95 for a week, or 9.95 a day. The hitch was only one person could be on their at a time. I thought this service should have been included. Also, we had to buy an appliance bulb for the refrigerator as it was missing. Other than those things, we were very happy with the unit. We would stay there again and recommend it to others. We would recommend the Saltwater Grill for dining out. Excellent food.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
Owner response: I just received reciept of your review and thank you for the positive feedback, however, I offer 24-7 management service for my guests and post that on all of your check in paperwork, my website and within the condo to PLEASE contact us with any maintenance issues or any questions you may have. There in fact is wireless internet in the unit for free for mulitple uses and it makes me just sick to know that you paid for Xiocom when it is such a crappy service to begin with. There is a Belkin router in the guest bedroom with the desk where the log in information is posted. I really wish you would have contacted me about this. And about the appliance bulb.....my cleaners should have noticed this, or perhaps it conveniently blew when you arrived, but it would have taken us 5 minutes to install a new bulb for you. Please, Please, Please next time you stay with us just give us a call with these types of issues. Thank you again for staying with us!
