  The apartment was just as described, very clean and the location was excellent in terms of proximity to places to eat, Metro, Spanish Steps and a close walk to Trevi Fountain and other sites to visit. The Terrace while a bit small is a great place to enjoy a beverage and relax. We knew in advance that the apartment had no elevator and when its hot and you have suitcases, it is a workout but who doesn't need exercise! The place was quite and air conditioned which was critical when we were visiting in July when it was very hot. The air conditioner in the hallway was out but a fan and the other two room air conditioners kept us comfortable. Luca was very helpful and arranged a car service from the airport which I highly recommend especially after a long flight! All in all, the 5 of us enjoyed the stay at the apartment and I would recommend it to family or friends as a convenient, clean and safe place to stay.

  We were in Rome for a few days with our two sons 11&13. Luka was great in getting everything arranged, including our taxi service form the airport. The apartment was nice and not once did my boys complain about the pull our couch that they shared, so it must have been comfortable. The location was walking distance to just about everything we wanted to see. The Vatican was walkable (3km) but we cabbed it one way for less than 10Euro. Great restaurants, small grocery store right next to the apartment (which we didn't notice for the first two days)! The apartment had almost everything we needed tea lights for the patio, a little shampoo and shower gel, great fluffy towels, perfect wifi access, and a hdmi cable for the tv, and converters. I could not figure out the coffee pot (i think it was this little itty bitty thing on top of the stove and there was coffee around, but I am American and have no clue how to make coffee this way. However, it was a great excuse to get DELICIOUS cappuccinos from many of the cafes around! Also, there was no hairdryer and it was was on the fourth floor, so the stairs could be a problem for fragile knees. The people were friendly, neighborhood charming and safe. Would return in a heartbeat!

  We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. There were four of us altogether and we had plenty of space. The terrace was great and we spent time on it on the rare sunny days. Unfortunately, the shower drain was malfunctioning for some time but within an hour of notification Luca came and fixed everything. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed. Overall, it was a great stay and we recommend this house for families travelling to Italy.
