This rental well exceeded my expectations. The location was amazing, very close to the beach. My friends usually get together for New Years and this rental was definitely the best. There were a lot of amenities close by, which really helped. The kitchen had all the necessary knives, blocks, and equipment that we needed to make our stay great. Finally, the rooftop for this rental will be hard to beat in any future rentals. Definitely recommend this rental!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children.

My family and I stayed here during Labor Day weekend. Property is nice and cozy. The kids loved the beach, which was only a short 2 blocks away. My wife loved the bazaars during the Festival. I loved hanging out on the rooftop area. All in all, it was a great and relaxing weekend. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home with us.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children.

Thanks so much for providing us with such a wonderful place! We had 3 families in 3 bedrooms and had plenty of room (the couch is very comfortable also). We probably looked at over 30 properties but this was the best because it was so close to the beach, stores, & restaurants. And the rooftop was the frosting on the cake! The view from the hot tub was terrific! Appliances, linens, etc. were all top-notch. Thanks again for the perfect vacation spot.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway.

We just rented for an extended Memorial Day weekend and loved this property. We've stayed at many other VRBO properties and this one was the best stocked. Many times we've been in the middle of our vacation and ran out of something like hand soap, dishwasher detergent, or toilet paper and had to make a run to the store, but not here. We were very impressed with the convenience and hospitality. The property was exactly as described and beautiful. It had a great view of the beach and we could hear the holiday weekend music on the pier from the rooftop patio. We parked our car in the garage for the whole trip and just rode our bikes everywhere. Exactly what we wanted! The only con I could find was it had a lot of stairs inside the home. We didn't mind it at all, but I thought I should mention it for anyone who has problems with stairs. We'll definitely be in touch with the property managers for future rentals because they did a great job making us feel at home. Thanks!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.
