GREAT LOCATION, 1050 sf, LARGE LANAI (WITH ELECTRIC SHUTTERS), MARINA ON SITE. Very nice unit on 4th floor, wonderfull view, sunset, very sunny, large lanai facing all the condo, corner south/west, 2 min of walking from the beach, concierge on site, only 26 condos in the building. The Beacon House at The Moorings, located on a quiet dead end street. Park and marina on site. Must see!!!
