Entry level features a large open plan kitchen with granite counter tops, bar seating, dishwasher, microwave, side by side refrigerator, dining area with large dining table with seating for 10, livingroom with rock wall with gas fireplace insert. and sliding glass doors from the livingroom and dining area to the large deck with lakeviews. Also on the entry level is 1 bath plus bedroom with 2 double (full) beds.
Upstairs features large master bedroom with kingsize bed, TV, sliding doors to balcony with lakeview, plus master bath.
Lower level features gameroom with pooltable and slidimg doors to the deck and lakeviews, 2 bedrooms, one with King bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen plus trundle bed and sliding doors to the deck. This floor also has 1 bathroom plus laundry room.
Bass Lake is located at the 3500 ft elevation in the heart of the sierras near the southern entrance to Yosemite. The lake temperature during the summer averages between 72 and 80 degrees making Bass Lake a wonderful destination to enjoy water sports, such as swimming, boating, jetskiing, skiing, kayaking and fishing. There are also various hiking trails to enjoy. It is approx. a 20 to 25 minute drive to the southern entrance to Yosemite.
During the winter months, Yosemite offers ice skating at Curry village and the Badger Pass Ski Resort, where you can take a guided snowshoe walk with a Park ranger, plus there is snowboarding, cross country skiing and downhill skiing.
Be sure and visit Miller's Landing and the Forks for one of their fantastic hamburgers or their fountain for a delicious milkshake or ice cream cone.
