We just got back from a long weekend at this Cabin. This cabin is 10 minutes from Sisters and the landscape has received some great Tender Loving Care. It was absolutely perfect for our 3 year old son, who loved playing on the dock, in the pond, and hiking around. The property owners are RIGHT next door, and they were great about giving us plenty of privacy. They also had an awesome Yellow Lab who we named, Big Boy. He had the same temperament as our own yellow lab, and they quickly became buddies. He was one of the reason that made us love this cabin. FYI don't leave your shoes on the front porch, or you will find them strewn about the lawn. :) I do have to mention the pillows on the one queen bed were very uncomforable/hard. Also... the kitchen/eating amenities were either really sparse, or badly worn. We had to buy ourselves a cast iron skillet in town because the one larger fry pan was non-stick and completely tattered. Lastly, sometimes the wood stove would turn on... and sometimes it wouldn't. It seemed rather temperamental. All in all, we loved this adorable little cabin, but wish for some small improvements.
Recommended for:Families with young children.

Arrived to a cute cabin with all you need for a relaxing stay! The views are gorgeous and the stars at night are amazing!! Kayaked a bit in the morning before ventruing out for some hikes! Walked through Sisters, napped, fished, and recharged!! BBQ'es d on the deck!! We will be back!!!

This was our hunnymoon. And boy what a great time we had here. We love the cozy cabin and the great views surrounding it. It was very comfortable staying here and we hope to come back again. Thanks for making it really nice for us.

Your sweet guest home was a nice find. We enjoyed sitting outside watching the sky darken. IT was nice to see the milky way. We had an enjoyable hike along the Matolias river near camp Sherman. Kayaking on your pond was great too.

What a great week. And who would have thought that we would meet someone else who also lived in Ojai. Dont know what I might add that others allready said. The mountains, the sky, the peace, the sunsets that go on forever, a cozy cabin, comfortable bed, and oh the barbi was a big hit with Bill. Enjoyed the neightborhood. Especially the high desert flamingos!! I hope you and the Jeffers guest house will be here for many more years to come.

We had a wonderful time in this little bit of paradise. We hope to come back and play in the pond. P.s. fisherman warning....Do not set your new pole down on the deck after casting out or you might have to wait out for it and great humor to your spouse.

A wonderful weekend for two sisters to meet up in Sisters. A nice get a way for us to meet up and enjoy the wilderness. Up from San Francisco, and down from Seattle.
