We rented this as a family of 2 adults and 3 college aged kids and it was an amazing experience that I'd do all over again. Wayne and Katherine were wonderful to work with and did our airport pick up and drop off, as well as give us great advice on activities and dining. This was our first time in T&C and we loved it. We went as a diving trip and dove 2 days with Wayne's company, Ocean Vibes. The weather and beaches were beautiful and the dining amazing. The house was bright and spacious, clean and airy and we utilized the back patio as much as possible. It is central to all sides of the island and a solid walk down the hill to turtle cove and a beach. The big grocery store is close and Grace bay and all the retaurants are easily accessible if you rent the jeep from Wayne and Katherine. We loved waking up everyday to the sunrise and views of the ocean and palms. The house was a great place to hang out too if you wanted a place to relax. HIGHLY recommended. I cannot say enough about my stay here. For starters the view literally took my breath away, perched on a hill overlooking Grace Bay, the sunsets and sunrises were something I will never forget! And what a great location as well, the IGA is just a short walk across the highway, and beach access as well as Turtle Cove Marina (rum punch!!!) was a quick 5 min bike ride! The property itself was breathtaking, beautifully landscaped, private, and of course how could I forget the poolside bar!!! Both Katherine and Wayne were extremely helpful, giving me suggestions of restaurants and activities to do while on the island. They also hooked me up with Ocean Vibes who seems to provide pretty much any type of watersport you could think of, Katherine even picked me up and took me to the dive boat everyday instead of me finding my own way. Another thing I was very impressed with were their concern for my safety. I was staying by myself, and they showed me how to use the alarm system as well as a 'panic button' which would alert them if anything were to happen. Morning noon or night, if I had an issue they were there to help me out which made me feel much better about staying alone. The villa itself is amazing. Clean, huge, with breathtaking views I cannot imagine myself staying anywhere else for my next visit to the island. The Villa was amazing! It is in a great location. Convenient for anything you might want to do on the island. It exceeded our expectations. Everything was in great shape and beautiful. We loved the privacy of a home instead of a large resort. Katherine was so friendly and helpful. She helped us feel right at home and was available for anything during our stay. The jeep was great! We planned on renting the boat but the weather did not cooperate with us! WE loved Turks and will go back. Use Ocean Vibes for diving or snorkeling. They are amazing. Loved Shark Bites! We can't think of a single thing to say bad except the weather :)Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Truly a "slice of heaven". Sweet Escape's Villa Rental motto is "Stay & Play" and "Experience something more!" I have ta say that they delivered and we had an amazing vacation at this beautiful oceanview villa and on the water with Oceanvibes Scuba & Watersports. For the past 10 years, our family of 10 divers has booked a 2 week getaway. We have gone to a different island every year. Turks and Caicos has long been on our list and now that we have finally arrived we wish we hadn't waited so long! Wayne arranged for our airport transportation to and from the airport. It was seamless, simply call him when you land and walk across to the parking lot where the white van with the Ocean Vibes and Reef Peepers Logo on it, load your luggage and enjoy a cold one on the way to the Villa. 5 minutes and we were at The Villa. As soon as we pulled in the driveway, we were in "Awe" with the view. Imagine a luxurious yellow villa with white trim perched high atop a hill, surrounded by lush gardens, massive palm trees, and a panaramic view of 12 Miles of Turquoise Ocean with a white line where the waves come across the Reef System that surrounds the Island. We walked out to the back deck which must be 70 Feet x 14ft spanning the entire width at the back of the Villa overlooks the beautiful inground pool with lounge chairs and prestine gardens. You walk down the stairs to the pool level and their is a mural of the underwater coral reef behind the magnificent pool bar. This place was perfect for a large group. We had bbq'd by the pool bar because then people could socialize and swim, have a cocktail, whilst cooking so no one was stuck "in the kitchen". They do offer a "Catering Service or Private Chef" if you rather have someone come in and wait on you which I thought was a nice option to offer!. They can send you a grocery list and you check off what you want, send them some $ and they will have the fridge and cupboards stocked so when you arrive everything is ready for you. However, we like exploring and "feeling like we belong" so after Wayne showed us around the massive Villa - we picked our rooms and wow are they big! We had more than enough space for 10 adults ranging in age from 18 to 65yrs. Katherine prepared a hard copy of the Island Guide she and Wayne created - so we could plan which place we were going to explore next. She made a "Top 10 list which has expanded to Top 17". Ocean Vibes Scuba is a Top Notch Dive company. We go to Provo every year usually during the winter months. This year we chose to celebrate the kids excellent year in school. We booked this beautiful Oceanview Villa and absolutely loved it! The pool occupied the boys 15 and 9 years while mom and dad were able to relax on the upper deck. The panaramic view is one of the best I have ever seen. You can see the boats leaving Turtle Cove Marina heading out past the barrier reef to go deep sea fishing. You can see Mega Yachts moored in the Grace Bay, the Parasail boats flying people all day long and the incredible turquoise waters in contrast with the Mature Palm trees on this property are magnificent. The Master Bedroom mattress was a dream. Extremely comfortable and the glass shower and soaker tub were very enjoyable. The kids each had an oceanview room upstairs and even though it was June we kept the windows open and the ceiling fans on and enjoyed the warm tropical breeze for sleeping. The Kitchen has everything you need. We barbecued on the WEBER barbecue and socialized by the pool bar. We went DEEP SEA Fishing, Scuba Diving and Parasailing and on a Sail/Snorkel excursion with Oceanvibes.com. They gave us 10% off because we were staying at Sweet Escape. We caught 2 good size Wahoo and some Mahi Mahi and a Mackerel. Sharkbite Restaurant Marinated the Wahoo for us in Lime juice and prepared them blackened, grilled, and jerked with peas n rice and our favorite Rum Punch. We rented a Jeep and explored the island as we always do. One thing I must say is the people on this island are so freindly and there is a security system in the house but we didn't feel the need to use it. The house is beautiful and the property is very private and large, yet is it just a hop, skip and a jump to gas station at the corner, the movie theatre one block away and the IGA Grocery Store 2 blocks away. Grace Bay Beach is about 3 blocks away behing Business solutions down the hill is The Bight Childrens Park next to the Gansevoort Hotel and Coral Gardens Snorkel Site where we spent alot of time at "Somewhere on the Beach" Restaurant and Smith's Reef Snorkel Site at Turtle Cove are all very close. The conch shack, sharkbite, bay bistro, mango reef, tiki hut, mini golf, provo golf course, ricki's beach bar next to ocean club are some of our favorite places. We want to say a big "Thank You" to Wayne & Katherine for all their recommendations and the crew at Oceanvibes.com are so much fun. I stayed at this villa for a week, it was truly a blessing, the view was spectacular the beds were very comfortable, the privacy of your own pool was peaceful and fun. I rented the jeep which was great as everything was so close by and convenient and easy to shop. Sitting outside on the deck looking out to the ocean was the most beautiful and peaceful part of my day, I have never seen anything like it. I would highly recommend this Villa to my friends,family and clients. I also highly recommend the Ocean Vibes Scuba & Water Sports company for all your excursions, they are knowledgable, on time, and truly the best when wanting the best on the water. We have stayed at the Villa several times. It has amazing space and light throughout! Being there will lift your spirits and make you smile every day! We loved the ocean view and welcome gentle breezes from the huge deck off the great room. This is home is ideal for a large family or group but also lovely for a romantic getaway for a couple . Love the open concept and catherdral ceilings and large windows. The main floor has a beautiful Masterbedroom suite. The upper level is amazingly large and bright and features an upper level lounge and 4 very spacious bedrooms. Lounging by the pool is heavenly and easy with a pool bar for easy service. We took a nice walk down the road to the beach every day and had refreshments at the beach bar. Fabulous sand beach! Very safe and quiet location-you will love it!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Three couples had a marvelous time at this beautiful villa. The house is spacious, well decorated, has comfortable beds, large, well-equipped kitchen, refreshing pool, spectacular view and great sunsets. Close to grocery store and shopping, a nice walk to the beach. The snorkling is amazing. We have been to the Turks probably 8 times in the last 12 years. We have stayed at this Villa twice before with friends and with our teenaged boys, and would definitely stay again. We are very pleased to give this testimonial. The Villa is well maintained and very private, but is also very centrally located, being close to all the shops and restaurants that we enjoy. It is very easy to get to the beach, and several of us are avid scuba divers and snorklers, and so it's great that a few of our favorite dive shop operations are also close by. The IGA grocery store is barely 4 minutes away, and for a grocery store that is located in the Caribbean, it is very exceptional. It is very much like our own grocery stores back home, and its prices are not too much more expensive than we expected. We love to BBQ and entertain, and the full kitchen is a treat to prepare meals in. The pool and panoramic views are spectacular, and you can see much of that from the pictures on this website. The sunsets are incredible, and if you rent a car, if even for a day, there are many beautiful places to explore close by and around the Island.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We were very fortunate to have visited Turks & Caicos Islands for a week from March 23rd to March 30th of this year The spacious and panoramic view from the house on the island took our breath away. We enjoyed having the pool at our disposable for our morning swims and the convenience of shopping close by.
