This carriage house is located in a beautiful setting on the south end of Mullett Lake and the north end of the Indian River along the 40 mile Inland Waterway. It is on a 13 acre forested estate with 600 feet of frontage and two ponds. This property is 15 minutes from Cheboygan, 20 minutes from the Mackinac Bridge, and 25 minutes from Petosky and Harbor Springs.

The carriage house has cathedral ceilings, fully-equipped kitchen, snack bar, gas fireplace, two queen beds, and queen sleeper sofa. A Pack and Play, high chair, stroller and bike seat with helmet is available. There is a large wrap-around deck with grill and deck furniture. There is a dock for your boat, a lakeside gazebo to relax on, a firepit with picnic table, a row boat, a canoe and a paddle boat for your enjoyment. Pontoon boat rentals are nearby.

We have enjoyed every moment of our stay here at the Carriage House. We all had a great time boating,golfing, sightseeing, and relaxing in beautiful Northern Michigan. Thank you Patrick and Marcia for making our stay so pleaasant. We hope to make a return trip next year.

Well here we are, nearly at the end of our stay.This is our third year here, enjoying the Carriage House, the setting (beautiful), the dock for our boat, and the warm reception. Such a nice retreat for the soul. Terry enjoyed photographing more birds right from the deck.

Pat & Marcia, thank you so much for a perfect week. Your Carriage House is beyond compare! We felt like we were in our own home. The birds provided an unexpected pleasure and Ray caught lots of fish. We hope to see you next year!
