  This house is really fantastic. The location couldn't be better and the view is incredible. We had a truly magical weekend there. We came for Thanksgiving not knowing how challenging it might be to cook in a strange kitchen. Everything we could possibly need was there. Two days later we got married on the deck of the house. originally we had planned on finding a spot outside for the ceremony but the house was already so perfect we decided to do it right there. We will always have a soft spot for this place. Thank you!

  Great place...very homey. This is a unique house, with character and charm. The outdoors flow from every room and it is perched for a spectacular view everywhere you look.

  Our family stayed at this place in Coastlands earlier this month. It's an amazing home with incredible views, easy access and has all the comforts of home. It's centrally located in Big Sur proper where you can easily access all the shops, restaurants, hiking trails, the Big Sur river and Pfieffer Beach. It's safe and child friendly. The care taker, Trevor, who lives on the property, was extremely nice and helpful and available if needed but we also still had total privacy. We hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you very much for opening up your house to us.

  The house commands majestic ocean views from its all-glass windows in every room. With amenities as a hot tub, it conjures a spa-like atmosphere. Watching sunrise and sunsets over wine in the oversized deck was priceless...in terms of moments that sink into the soul. Hiking trips to waterfalls within 15 minute drives; Three hour lighthouse tour awesome.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.
