  Beautiful townhouse on 4th green of Southern Dunes golf course - we spent 6 weeks enjoying it! - The townhouse is a 'step above' most rentals, as original art is displayed; carpets were extremely clean as was the rest of the townhouse. A couple of points to make-- remember you are on the 4th green and maintenance starts very early every morning, windows need to be kept closed to avoid the noise, that's your trade off for the view. Southern Dunes' Community pools are NOT heated -- we would love to rent this t.h. again, if community pools were heated....Ontario, Canada

  Mrs. Walker: we had a wonderful vacation at your beautiful home, we would love to return next year, if the dates would be open .I will be certain to contact you in the future. I would recommend your home to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in a picture perfect setting. Wonderful accommodation's and clean environment, beautiful artwork with all the amenities.The view of the 4th green in the morning, while drinking coffee on your screened patio, will be our most favorite memory. The golf course was beautiful along with being brutal with all the Hugh sand bunkers. We had a delightful time.

  My wife & I just concluded a wondeful week at the Walkers' villa. Enjoyed immensely the view of the 4th green & the early morning workers did not bother us a bit. In fact, we enjoyed watching them do their specific job on & around the green each day. We played the course twice & enjoyed both rounds.....a real challenge but an enjoyable one. The home is immaculate, has everything one would want on a vacation, close to Walmart & Drug stores & Winn Dixie,etc.etc. Wish we could stay longer & wisg we could come back in spring of 2012. Can not find the words to describe how the Walkers communicated so well, during our initial chats ( by e-mail ), while we were at their home & the follow-up "Thank You " for coming to their Southern Dunes home. We HIGHLY recommend this villa to all.

  My family was traveling to Haines City to have Christmas with my grandpa and dad. We needed a place to stay close to my grandpas retirement village. We looked all over but really couldn't find anything that fit our budget. Then I came across this place and thought the price was very reasonable...and even better the owners were so great to work with. They were flexible and even patient enough to coordinate with my 92 year old grandpa. The place was so nice and cozy for our family. Would highly recommend. The only negative is that its right on one of the greens for the golf course and 2 out of 7 early mornings there were crews working on the green...and they weren't very quiet at 5AM.

  Owner response: After having so many lovely comments this rather threw us. This is only the second complaint of this nature in seven years - we usually sleep through the workers, perhaps this guest is a light sleeper as we have had many repeat bookings. It is a golf course with the majority of homes overlooking the course, the greenkeepers have to work early what more can I say? The good news is this guest is still recommending our home with a score of 5 out of 5.

  The condo was very clean and kept up nicely. We had a great time and the location was perfect for us. This is definitely a place to stay over and over again

  What a great place to stay for your golf trip to Florida. The home is located on a great golf course; you can walk out the patio door onto the 4th green and steps from the clubhouse. Also, just a short drive to other top courses; ChampionsGate, Ridgewood Lakes to name a few. If you like quality golf and want quality accommodation, this is the place for you.

  Had a fantastic 2 week stay back in May 09 at this beautifully furnished and maintained home. Situated in a truly spectacular golf course it offers tranquil and secure surroundings with the benefit of a huge Walmart less than 5 minute drive away. Already have a return visit booked for 2 weeks in October 09! Highly recommended.

  We just spent the best 4 days in your home. What a delight... compared to hotel rooms. You have a very nice home and such a beautiful view of the golf course. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy our holiday. We will certainly let our friends and family know how nice it was to vacation in your home.

  What an absolutely fabulous house you have, perfect location for all amenities, couldn't ask for anything more of the house,stunning & beautifully done out, very luxurious,and simply 'Wow'! Only criticisism was that I ran out of time and didn't get a round in on the awesome Southern Dunes course! Can't recommend it enough, we can't wait to return! Thank You very much.
