The hand-painted beach murals throughout this unit mirror the views outside your windows. The living room provides comfortable seating, flat screen TV and a Blu-ray player. A sliding glass door opens onto a large balcony with a great northern coastal view of the Atlantic. The open concept provides the perfect backdrop for a great vacation.
The well-equipped kitchen is designed to meet your every need. The breakfast bar has two barstools to provide additional dining space. The laundry room has a full sized new HE washer and dryer.
After a fun day at the beach, the master bedroom with its king sized bed and 'beachy' décor will invite you to relax, get a good night's rest or watch TV. The master bedroom features a private sliding glass door that opens onto the balcony, a large closet, two nightstands, a dresser and a chest.
The guest bedroom features twin beds and a TV. There is space for a pack-n-play in either bedroom to accommodate small children. (Pack-n-play not in unit at this time) The guest bedroom features a new ceiling fan, a large closet, a dresser, and one nightstand.
The large balcony features a table that seats four. Just picture yourself gazing at the ocean, enjoying the ocean breeze while eating breakfast, sipping a cold beverage or watching the sunset from your own private balcony. You'll never want to go home!

My experience at the Condo was Awesome, Very spacious, roomy kitchen area with all open to dinning and livingroom. The patio amazed me it was so large and confortable. Everyone we met at the pool was so nice. All in all a beautiful spacouis, modern condo. A great experience and will go back.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

About: I am a pharmacist with four children, and three grandchildren. We have vacationed in Daytona Beach and Daytona Beach Shores for more than 20 years. The family loves the area so well we decided to own a piece of it.

This condo is a great place for family vacations. It is within driving distance to so many attractions. We love the beach and THIS beach!

This condo is very laid back and quiet. There are so many activities one can enjoy on site such as, walking the beach, jumping waves in the ocean, searching for shells, swimming in the heated salt water pool, or relaxing on your own private balcony.
