The owner said condo was emaculate. We found it not so. Had to scrub floors, wash windows & blinds & clean the bathroom behind the toilet as I don't think it was ever cleaned. Had to fix outside light cord as it started to arc when plugged in. Had to tape kitchen sink drain as it was leaking and made a mess under the sink. The unit is older, but the owner is working very hard upgrading and modernizing. Art was extremely helpful and eager to please. We did not require any repairs or maintenance when we were there, but Art was always available if anything needed attention. The grounds are magnificent, beautifully maintained and dotted with grapefruit, orange and lemon trees that we could pick whenever we wanted. Choice of 5 pools and seven tennis courts. The unit has tennis racquets and balls for the tenants' use, well equipped kitchen and very comfy queen size bed. It is very central and easy to get to all parts of the Coachella Valley. We enjoyed our stay.Recommended for: Age 55+.
