4 of us spent 4 nights at this lovely condo-----could not have asked for anything to make our stay wonderful. Stocked with ALL items one may need; even the sofa bed was extremely comfortable. The owners were so very kind and helpful and we will be back in the Fall.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My wife and I enjoyed our seventeenth anniversary this past weekend with our stay in this condo. It was near perfect, the weather was great and being right on the beach was fantastic. Being able to watch the waves crash right outside the sliding glass door was very cool. The accommodations in this unit are great, the owners are caring people who do everything they can to make your stay perfect. Will definitely call them the next time we go to Lincoln City.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We found the Sea Gypsy #117 just perfect. As soon as we stepped through the door we were pleasantly surprised at the great deco and compfy furniture. We settled in for 4 nights and didn't want to leave. The weather was bad but this place made it more than perfect with the best view right on the beach. Very quiet too! Close to anything you want to do around town. We will return as soon as we can ...... We stayed here for three nights and were sure glad we did. In the past, we stayed at several other locations in Lincoln City, both motels and rental houses, but this place was the best. A great view, great location, superb kitchen, excellent tv choices, comfortable reclining chair in the living room, the list just goes on and on. Also enjoyed the large indoor, heated pool. We definitely plan on staying here again on our future visits to Lincoln City.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

You can see and hear the ocean from this condo. A couple of steps out the door and you are standing on the beach. The easy ground floor beach access makes this condo a truly great find. Adjacent to the parking lot is a nice seafood restaurant with both indoor and outdoor dining. You can walk to several restaurants and the cultural center. Across the street is a candy shop and kite store. Sitting in the living room of the condo you can watch kite flyers all day long. The owners of this property are easy to contact and answer questions immediately. The bedroom and back bathroom can be closed off from the front part for complete privacy. Guests sleeping on the hide a bed have their own bathroom in the hallway. It was only the 2 of us so we made it his and hers bathrooms! Made ii easy for showering off after the beach and getting ready to go out for dinner. The other bonus of renting a property like this is the full kitchen. Very cost effective to prepare your own meals and the property provides a Bar-B-Q. Nice attention to detail with all the amenities including towels for the indoor pool. A bonus we really enjoyed is the electric fireplace in the living room. Easy parking. You won't be disappointed. Why stay in a hotel when you can have 2 bathrooms, 2 sleeping spaces, a kitchen, a heated pool, and instant beach access?Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

From the moment I stepped through the door and saw the incredible view, I knew I was in the right place. I immediately noticed the cleanliness, the detail to decoration, the set up with the main bedroom and bath, lovely kitchen, and sleeper sofa in the living room. Both beds were very comfortable. The second bathroom was very appreciated. All the amenities are there, all I had to bring in was my food and my "stuff". Lawn chairs, beach toys, everything I could have wanted was there. Thank you. Kiersten was a dream to work with, answering any questions and accommodating any needs I might have. I loved the lawn area out front and beach access is extremely easy. I loved watching the kites, the families, the dogs and birds, and the incredible sunsets. It's all there. Easy access to food. I highly recommend this condo and will definitely stay here again if I make plans to go back. I stayed at a total of 3 places along the coast during my stay and have to say these folks were the most honest in their description of what to expect. All expectations were met. I just hope when I go back, no one has beat me to making a reservation! Gazing at the kids playing on the beach while I relax or prepare a meal. Giggles as the kids play Marco Polo in the pool. Hot fudge brownies right out of the oven while we watch a movie. Sunset over the ocean. Coffee at sunrise while kids sleep.
