  The location was perfect. The garage parking was secure and convenient. Owner was fantastic to work with - she made some great "tourist" suggestions and even helped us book a local hotel room for an extra night. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was handy for breakfast and late dinners. We hope to be back soon.

  I needed to be near Cedars Sinai hospital for 10 days because I was donating a kidney to my brother. Cassia's studio apartment was perfect. Just a straight one block walk from the apartment to the entrance of Cedars. The apartment is cute and clean with a queen bed and a day bed (which doubles as the couch). My sister was taking care of me during my recovery and was comfortable on the day bed. This is in a very nice area with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance - and the Grove and Farmer's Market (which I love) only a short drive away. The little balcony was very nice to sit on in the morning with my morning coffee. Cassia, the owner, is a very warm and compassionate person - she brought me homemade chicken soup to help me heal - and it did! Thank you Cassia. This apartment is much more affordable than nearby hotels - and includes a free parking spot instead of paying $30 a day as the hotels charge.

  The listing description and photos were accurate. The tenants are very cordial as well. We were looking for a location close to UCLA, and the location was superb! Once we were finished at UCLA, we could travel to Whole Foods for dinner and Chili Addiction for homemade ice cream. The owner, Cassia, is wonderful and her friend Phyllis was terrific. Both were very helpful and concerned with our comfort. Thank you & we'll be back!

  We loved our stay. It is warm and inviting.Terrific location for sightseeing, and restaurants a very short walk away. Lovely property, and very thoughtful hosts who really have thought of everything for a great stay. We will be recommending to all of our Australian friends who are heading to the US and we would very happily stay again if we make it back to LA. Highly recommended.

  Beautful building, well maintained. Nice linens and beds where very cozy. Place was very clean when we arrived. Owner was gracious and easy to work with. Helped us find great places to eat in the area. Close to Rodeo Drive, Mall, Shopping, Restaurants, Hollywood attractions and Universal Studios. Will stay there everytime we go back. If available. Thanks You!

  The studio and price were perfect for our needs. Cassia was very accommodating and ensured we were comfortable and gave us some good sight seeing tips. Our trip was very enjoyable.

  Dear Cassia, thank you so much for opening you home for my family. The studio was very clean, nice decorated, cozy and beautiful, not to mention the deal!   We had a wonderful experience. The Studio is like a one bedroom and we all stayed comfortable. The kitchen had everything we need, and we could walk to the Mall, Robertson Blvd and Rodeo Dr. Cassia, the host, even took our 13 years old son along with her to pick up her daughter in school, and to Pinkberry. He was thrilled!!! Thank you for all your help, Cassia... you are better than 5* concierge :)

  I stayed 2 weeks in May and have to say this is the best deal I ever had with an homeaway rental. The appartment was very clean and confortable Cassia the owner is very professional and friendly, she will help you with any requests you may have, restaurants, shopping malls, driving directions ... Really it was like staying at some friend's house that's how it feels, so if you wanna make your trip in Beverly Hills unforgetable book this place.

  This was the first time I used "HomeAway", and I chose the perfect place to stay. Cassia, was wonderful, very helpful and so sweet! The location of the studio was perfect, close to everything, we went sight-seeing on foot, taking in the beautiful weather as well as some of the famous landmarks on Melrose, Robertson, Sunset, Rodeo...... drove to the beach and to lovely Westwood Village. I cannot see myself using a hotel ever again, this was a great experience and I know whenever I decide to vacation in California again, I will schedule my vacation around the availability of Cassia's studio =) Thank you Cassia.... Regular rates are $160/night and $190 on Holidays, Summer, Spring, Winter Breaks.

$500 security deposit mandatory (fully refundable)

Cancellation policy:

1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 2 P.M. PT AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. (please let me know if you need a early check in or late check out – I will do my best to accommodate your schedule). 2. This is a NON SMOKING rental. Please use the little patio for smoking, if necessary, with the door closed, so the smoke doesn't get inside the room. 3. Pets are not permitted in the apartment under any conditions. 4. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 5. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $500 is required. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within 10 days of departure, provided the following provisions are met. a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. d. All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left unlocked. e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. f. No linens are lost or damaged. g. NO Early check-in or late check-out. (unless agreed in this contract). h. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, the security company employed by my rental. 6. PAYMENT- An advance payment equal to 50% of the total is required to confirm the reservation, including the security deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date. 7. CANCELLATIONS - A thirty (30) days notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. 8. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) persons. An additional charge or $30.00 per person per night for guests will be assessed. 9 .MINIMUM STAYS- THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A THREE (3) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. If a rental is taken for less than three days, the guest will be charged the three-night rate. (agreed otherwise, and stated in this contract) 10. INCLUSIVE FEES- Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate. 11. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE- While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available at an additional rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. We provide beach towels. 12. RATE CHANGES- Rates subject to change without notice; however, the rates for this contract is stated herein. 13. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS- Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. 14. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS- Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. 15. PARKING- One parking space in the garage. Street Parking is not allowed all day.
