My husband, myself and twin daughters (11) had a fabulous time while staying here. The condo was much better than I had even hoped for. It was just the right size for the four of us. Having the two bathrooms and washer and dryer was a huge plus. Condo was nicely updated and very clean. Location on the beach is great. Can't wait to go back!

My family (husband and two kids-3 yr old daughter and 10 month old son) and I stayed here from May 7-14. We had the best time! We were expecting a nice condo from the pictures, but were so surprised at how nice and "homey" it felt. Destin has been our vacation spot for a few years and this condo may just be our new home away from home!

Everything about our vacation was more than we could have hoped. The condo was even more beautiful than the web pictures, the view was breathtaking, the weather was out of thiis world. We can surely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a stress free location. Everything is very convient.

Carl & Marynell - thank you for your hospitality and detailed info on the surrounding area. Your condo is so adorable and extremely well outfitted for extended stays. The view was amazing and I felt so at home I almost forgot I was there for work. This was by far the best vacation rental I have been to and I will definitely be back!

Our family had the best vacation staying in Mid-August this year. Carl and Marynell were wonderful hosts and had everything perfect for us upon arrival as well as throughout the stay. Their restaurant information and recommendations were perfect....we especially loved Hell N Back pizza, and the Crab Trap. The condo had everything we could have needed and the view and beach was beautiful, along with the condo itself. It far exceeded what we expected a vacation rental to be. We had many breakfasts and lunches on the balcony while watching dolphins in the ocean. Our kids had an especially great time and loved having the bunks with separate tv's. The condo felt so comfortable and we really felt at home. It was the best vacation with our family ever! Thanks for having us as your guests. We will definately be back! Carl & Marynell - we had a wonderful time in your Condo. The Condo was clean and the view of the beach and Gulf was fabulous. All four of our kids loved being that close to the beach and spent hours in the pool. The TV's on the bunk beds were a big hit with my boys as well. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us. This was our second trip to Pelican Isle #207. We had a great time! The keyless entry was a nice addition, except you can't get into the workout room:(. We will definitely be back! Thanks!

We just returned from our first of many trips to Fort Walton Beach. Our family vacation was everything we had hoped for - sun, family fun, relaxation, great beach, a clear/clean ocean with a condo that suited our every need. All your personal touches made our stay very nice. Our two kids enjoyed the bunk beds with their very own TV! We loved the keyless/cardless entry. Not having to worry about who has the entry card was wonderful. We hope to be back next year!

Just returned from July 4th week at Pelican Isle condo. Absolutely everything we were hoping for...relaxation (away from the Destin crowd), great seafood (within a couple of miles), beautiful beach just outside the walkway. The condo provided for all our needs...very nicely decorated with every amenity. Would recommend to anyone...hope to return soon.

Our family spent the week of July 22 - 29th at Pelican Isle and we couldn't have enjoyed our stay more! It was absolutely perfect. The beaches are not crowded & Carl & Marynell have the place beautifully furnished and well stocked with all of the amenities of home. THANK YOU! Our boys really enjoyed the bunkies and having their personal T.V.'s to enjoy late at night. The personal touch you provided up front on restaurant recommendations, etc. were very helpful and right on the mark. We had a wonderful time at your beach condo. The condo was so beautifully decorated. It was so roomy and had all the necessities we needed. Carl was so helpful from the beginning of planning our vacation. Your directions and recommendations for places to eat were very helpful. The view of the ocean and white sandy beaches was so beautiful from the balcony. We hope to be able to vacation there again in the future. P.S. The girls loved the tv's in the bunks.

We just spent 7/8/06-7/15/06 at this wonderful condo. Carl was so helpful and much appreciated. We loved the area and plan on returning! Our family made some great memories here! My kids loved the bunk beds! We are very picky in where we stay, and was pleased to see how clean the room was, as well as the whole facility. Our family spent the week of July 24th at the Christensons condo on the beautiful Okaloosa Island. The hospitality of The Christensons is to be commended. Carl was so friendly and very informative about any questions I had and provided information that I didn't even think to ask about. The condo was so Beautiful and well furnished. It didn't take long for us to feel right at home. The beach of Okaloosa is Breathtaking with its white sandy beach and clear blue water. We had an amazing time at the Christenson’s condo. From the beginning Mr. Christenson was polite, thoughtful, and very professional. The condo is clean, nicely decorated, and the view from the balcony (sunset + sunrise) is breathtaking.Chad and I can’t wait to return where we spent the best 5 days. Our recent trip was our 47th visit to the Emerald Coast and the Christenson's condo was the most luxurious of all the units we have stayed in. Pelican Isle is a great resort and dealing with Carl couldn't have been easier.

We really enjoyed spending our 24th wedding anniversary at Okaloosa Island. Your recommendations for places to eat were right on the mark. We especially enjoyed Chops and Marina Grill. The condo is very nice and I am sure once the landscaping is back to normal it will be beautiful. We would love to spend another week at your place next year.

Carl and Marynell thought of everything to make our stay a most pleasurable one. This is a beautifully decorated condo with every amenity. The body boards made the children's visit. They also enjoyed the en suite TV's and stuffed sea creature animals in their bunks. The list Carl provides for local restaurants was helpful and right on target. We really enjoyed the seafood. Kitchen is wonderfully equipped. We had plenty of room and comfort in this lovely Pelican Isle condo. It is TOP NOTCH!

We had a wonderful stay at the Christenson's condo at Pelican Isle. It is a LUXURY condo as stated in the description. We had great weather during our stay. Just a short stroll down from the condo is miles and miles of undeveloped beach where I walked and found some of the best shells I have ever found anywhere. I can't wait until our next trip!!

We had a great time in the Condo. The weather cooperated for 6 of the 8 days. The view is great and being on the 2nd floor you could hear the breakers inside. We gave other guest of Pelican Isle your list of Restaurants and they ejoyed them alot. Our favorite place was the Coach n Four. Most days I had the pool to myself. The beach was beautifull and soothing. Even for a retired couple like us.

My family and I had a wonderful time on vacation at this location. I would definitely recommend this unit/location to anyone looking for a REAL vacation. The furnishings are beautiful and fun. The view is awesome. It was a perfect place to just relax and enjoy the pool and the ocean. We had a great time at The Track, eating at fabulous restaurants, and ALMOST parasailing. My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend at the condo in September, 2003. We were very pleased with this unit - the view was outstanding, the beach and pool were terrific, and the condo itself made us feel as though we were at a 5* hotel (well, except we had to make our own beds!) The other amenities of the complex were very nice and, of course, we love this part of Florida - it has so much to offer in sightseeing, shopping, eating, and so forth. We are looking forward to a return visit and hope it won't be long in coming.

We really enjoyed staying in your condo in May. It is beautifully decorated, but still feels very cozy and comfortable. We appreciate that you thought of everything we would need to be comfortable. The view from the balcony is gorgeous with the dunes and sea oats as a foreground to the turquoise water. The building is just the right size too, not too big and crowded. The pool was so relaxing and private. We loved the location because it's quiet being off of "98" but still just a few blocks from a miriad of great restaurants and entertainment venues.Thanks for a great time.

The Condo is beautiful. The view of the Gulf was a perfect 10 every day of the week that we stayed. My son enjoyed the Bunkie with its own TV & his Game Cube. We enjoyed most all your favorite places to go, and even found one that wasn't on the list Destin Dewey’s; it’s a must, when it was time to relax. The condo was comfortable along with its big bath and the very functional kitchen; the nighttime skies were brightened by the moon and the stars was a magnificent view from the Patio. We will be back.

I went to the condo over the Memorial Weekend 2004 with my sister and four other girls. It was a blast! We had plenty of space for everyone to sleep and to store our bags. In the last few years, I've stayed in some of the top hotels in Ft. Walton and this condo by far tops them all! When we walked into the condo, we were in awe of how nice it was! It was beautiful :) The entire condo was well-decorated, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms are very spacious, and the kitchen had all the cups, plates, and silverware that we needed. The ocean view from the balcony was breathtaking! :) The condo-pool was a real treat too! When I visit Ft. Walton again, I will most definitely stay here again. I won't think twice about it :)
