  The condo was exactly as described in the owners comments and pictures. It was clean and well maintained. Nice quite neighborhood and end unit - ground floor was a plus. It was easy to find, gated and close to all attractions. The weather was too cold for the pool but it sure looked nice. The owner always answered my questions in a timely matter. I would recommend this condo to those who want to have quite nights and be out of the traffic. . Thanks for making our trip easy.

  My family and I had the pleasure to stay at this location for as we visited our family in Land O' Lakes. The layout of the place was very nice. The condo was a perfect fit for 5 adults and 4 children. The place was very clean and nicely maintained. The condo is also located near Busch Gardens, which was very convenient. I would really recommend this location to anyone in the area. My family and I really thank you for your hospitality. We will certainly be back. Thank you.

  My family stayed here for several days while we visited relatives in Tampa. Condo is located in huge gated community with abundant sidewalks, ponds and trees. Condo is simply furnished but comfortable. Two of the four beds are very low (excellent for children.) Easy to get to I-75 for connections to Tampa, Orlando, or Gulf beaches. Condo was clean, with close by parking for visitors. Owner was very responsive to questions. Minor repairs (bathroom tiles, window leaks) are in the process of being addressed. Community is located off of Bruce B. Downs road, which is being widened to ease congestion. Many stores and restaurants are nearby on Bruce B Downs. Condo had one tv, not connected to cable, but it received the major channels easily. No internet. We did not have time to try the community pool or gym. Our condo stay was much cheaper than using hotel rooms, and the washer and dryer were very convenient.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

  We had a great stay in Tampa. This rental is in a residential area, but close to Busch Gardens. It is a large gated community that includes many housing developments. The community includes a nice fitness trail with exercise stations, tennis courts and a playground. The Highlands also has large pool that is well-maintained. Hillsborough County Wilderness Area is directly behind the condo, with access through a gate in the fence. It includes a large network of one-way paved biking trail, with daily filled water stations--must see. It took an hour+ to get to the beach, because there is no direct route and plenty of traffic. Honeymoon Island is gorgeous with white, soft sand. The condo has all new appliances: stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer, and dryer. New furniture including beds, mattresses, couches, table, etc. 3rd bedroom was unfurnished at the time of our stay. Living room was sparsely furnished with 2 couches. Bedrooms were missing nightstand and lamps. Bathrooms and kitchen needed cleaning upon arrival. Owner was very helpful and plans to address furniture needs and hire a cleaning service.
