All you need to bring is food and cloths to begin enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. The county that we are in, Polk, has 554 lakes so bring your boat. We have an acre of ground so there is plenty of parking available. There are also outside receptacles available for charging batteries and a fish cleaning bench. Another plus, Little Crooked Lake boat ramp is quarter mile away. The duplex is located adjacent to our mobile home park where you can participate in park activities such as shuffleboard, bingo, cards, park suppers and breakfast. We look forward to seeing you!

About the owner: I am a 3rd generation Floridian and have lived in Frostproof all of my life. I raised my famly here and own several businesses in the area.
Why the Owner Chose Frostproof:
This particular property is adjacent to my 170 unit mobile home/RV park. I bought the home in 2011 and renovated it from a large single family home to a duplex with each unit having 1,000 square feet of living space.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
My wife and I love the outdoors and this area has several state & local parks. We enjoy canoeing, kayaking & boating. With 554 lakes in the county, we always have somewhere new to paddle or fish. This community is also pet friendly. We have two Labradors that enjoy walking to Crooked Lake which is a short walk.
