Welcome to Loveland Hills Ranch. Treat yourself to a bit of the country life. This updated home is situated in the foothills of Loveland offering breath taking views of the city, plains and lakes. Pine trees, rock out cropping and rolling hills can be enjoyed on the property. Wake to glorious sun rises that can be enjoyed from the bedrooms as you slowly begin your day. Remember the simple life as you gather around the campfire to watch the sun set and the city lights come to life. The one mile country road brings you to the ultimates private setting, but don't worry, all the comforts of the city are only 5 minutes away. Deer and elk are frequent visitors to the ranch and are often seen grazing in the yard. Go for a quiet hike on the property or take a short drive to one of the many hiking/biking trails. Horses are welcome, stalls and runs are available as well as round pens and plenty of room for a relaxing ride. A 45 min drive will have you in Estes Park, gateway to the Rocky Mountain National Park. Pleanty of shopping and dinning can be enjoyed in Loveland or Fort Collins. A number of wedding venues are close by or you can plan a quiet personal wedding here on the property.
