  Rented this house to visit my daughter at DePaul. Close to the El stop, walking distance to many businesses and restaurants. Perfect for my family which included family of four (2 toddlers) & my father-in-law who is in his 80s. Pack'n'play was even provided! Kitchen had everything you needed. Jacuzzi tub was great. Laundry very helpful. Bedding and furniture were great too. Parking permit was included with parking right in front of house, amazingly convenient! Will be returning in the spring!!!

  We have stayed at The Maud house a number of times and have thoroughly enjoyed it every time. The location is perfect and the house is awesome. It's our favorite place to stay in Chicago. Heather is awesome to work with. Lots of great restaurants close by. The beds are super comfy and there is plenty of room to sprawl out. We love it!

  We rented the house for a recent 5 night stay in Chicago and couldn't be more pleased. Conveniently located, we walked the neighborhood and also to downtown. The outdoor area is a lovely garden and was a major plus to the amenities offered. We highly recommend this rental and plan to return when we again travel to Chicago.

  At the Maud house you walk to Trader Joes, Aldi, and the biggest Whole Foods. This residence has a full kitchen so it easy to eat at home or choose from many neighborhood restaurants. On a nearby corner there is: Starbucks, Argo Tea, and Einstein. A few blocks in other direction there is Peet's Coffee and so much more. There is a wonderful children's water park nearby. It is a delightful walk to Lincoln Park Zoo. The house staff is meticulous and easy to work with. I love this area of Chicago.

  My family consisting of 4 Adults and 3 Children recently stayed 8 nights in this home situated in the great neighbourhood of Lincoln Park and had a fantastic time. The Owner of Maud House and Matt from At Home Inn Chicago were extremely helpful, easy to deal with and are available at all times to assist with any queries. The property itself was clean on arrival and had all amenities required for families / groups and longer stays including a large kitchen, washer, dryer, three bathrooms, plenty of linen and a big yard. Free wifi and local phone calls assisted with our planning of tourist activities whilst there. You do not need a car as you are walking distance to train stations which get you quickly to all tourist destinations and there is plenty of shopping in this neighbourhood including a massive Wholefoods Market. We felt safe in this property and neighbourhood which made our stay in Chicago very enjoyable. The only thing to be aware of is the Maud House does have internal stairs if you need to consider this with young children or guests that have problems using stairs. We would stay again and definitely recommend.

  We loved our stay at the Maud House. The home was in excellent condition and everything we needed was furnished and worked. The owner lives next door and brought over some equipment for us to use the grill. The yard next to the house is a great place to hang out when the weather is nice and the location is perfect for accessing the CTA trains and picking up supplies at the shopping area one block away. We hope to return to this property next year.

Rate is based on 4 people, each additional adult is $25 per night
