  My family just returned from our stay at Crystal Breeze and I cannot say enough good things about this property! It was our first family vacation with 4 generations present (18 total) and first time in Destin. The whole experience was great and the success of the trip was largely due to this property accommodating all of us so comfortably. The photos do not do it justice and the rooms not pictured are just as nice as the ones that are. The house was so well equipped that you truly do not need to bring anything more than your suitcase! Very impressed with the amount of beach and pool toys provided and the amount of outdoor furniture. Tons of room inside and out and with 3 porches there is plenty of room to find a quiet reading spot if you so desire. We spent much of our time pool side or at the beach. The beach (which BTW is beautiful) is so close and access so easy that you don't mind walking across the street. Also, only a couple of minutes drive to the grocery and more shopping than anyone could ask for. We made several trips to Publix and Bass Pro Shop was a big hit with the guys! Alas, we had one rainy day and the large living/kitchen area was great for working a jigsaw puzzle, watching TV, or catching up on emails. I also highly recommend 790 on the Gulf located directly across the street in the lower level of the Inn at Crystal Beach for happy hour and/or dinner. We walked over several evenings and our waiter recognized and took good care of us each time. Even though this was our first time in Destin and we were not familiar with the area we feel very fortunate that we discovered this property. We were all in agreement that it suited our family perfectly. We think the best lot in the neighborhood too. Parking would have been an issue with our group in many of the other houses as we had 7 cars. The pool was oriented to catch sun all day, yet the patio area next to it was shady in the afternoons. Perfect! We were all sad to have our week together come to an end and have to leave.... but there is next year to look forward too! Thanks Jeff for the use of your home. We really enjoyed it.

  There was 21 of my family members who stayed here and ALL of us loved it. This was by far one of nicest house and beach we have been to and that includes Puerto Rico. It was amazing here. The house was perfect well stocked, clean, plenty of towels, dish's and room. Jeff was wonderful and very helpful! The stove broke and he had a brand new one delivered the next day! We will all be returning next year. The stores are close by for shopping and groceries. There is plenty of things to do. The only complaint is we had to leave!! This is a wonderful community and the beach is just amazing! Love Love Love it!!!

  I had a great time with my 2 brothers, 5 sisters and 3 in-laws; we are all over 50 and this was the first ( of many, I hope) vacation for all of us together! There was plenty of room for the 11 of us. The great room was perfect for all of us to plan our day, eat together and play games at night. The kitchen was roomy enough for shared cooking and lots of cabinet and pantry space. May need a sharper knife or two but, there were plenty of dishes on hand for a big family. The pool was smaller than we hoped, but more than adequate for the quick dip to cool off while soaking up the sun. The house is so conventent to the beach (across the street), shopping, restaurants and activities. We drove to Pensicola one morning for the Blue Angels practice... a really cool show and worth the drive.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

  I'm sitting here on the balcony looking out at Gulf as I type the review. Our stay at Crystal Breeze was AMAZING. I can't say enough good things about the owner Jeff. We had only one issue.. coffee maker stop working (He had a new one brought by in less than an hour). I really can't explain how easy the beach access from the house is.. I have three little boys (6 years, 4 years, and 7 months) and the trips to the beach was not stressful at all! The house amenities are second to none and easily fit 5 families for our stay. Pool was nice size for the 6 kids that made the trip. The adults were able to watch the kids swim while sitting around the pool. Sad that we have to head back to Tennessee tomorrow!

  We recently stayed at this fabulous rental. This was a family get-together that included grandparents, parents and children ranging from 2 yrs to 7 yrs. This was a perfect place for a family getaway. This was our first stay in Destin and certainly will not be our last. You are seconds from the beach and within walking distance to a major shopping center. This house is situated close to everything in destin. Appreciated the owners thoughtful extras such as double jogging stroller, beach toys/chairs etc. This house accommodated all 20 of us quite well. The game room is amazing. You will appreciate the open living/dining area. It allowed all of us to eat and socialize together. We look forward to our next stay here.

  Crystal Breezes is a great rental in Destin. I have been coming to this area for 15 years, usually 3-5 times per year, and have rented in various locations (condos and homes) and from various management companies. A couple of times each year we bring large groups and rent several properties (the Crystal Shores neighborhood is a great place to link up several homes in close proximity for big events). I say all this to somewhat qualify the statement that "this is the BEST managed property we have ever rented!" Crystal Breezes is a nice home with a lot of great features, but what really seperates it from the typical rental is the attitude of the owner. This property is well maintained; much unlike many worn out rentals. We have rented this home many times, and it is CONSTANTLY being updated by the owner; also unlike many on local rental programs. The house is also stocked with the vacationer in mind; it not only has nice furniture and decor, but also is full of things like; pool and beach toys, strollers, high chairs, dishes, nice patio furniture, a working grill, wireless internet, a nice gameroom, nice pool area, basketball goal in the driveway, spare fridge and on and on. This property offers you the perfect combination of location, layout, quality, outstanding ownership, and value. I would reccomend it to anyone. If you're new to the Destin area, I would also suggest the following spots: Breakfast: Silver Sands serves breakfast at Harbor Docks each morning - on the harbor. Another Broken Egg - either on 98 in front of Winn-Dixie or at Baytowne Walk down to street cafe Camiles just a block west of the home. Lunch/Dinner: Dewey Destins - on the harbor. Harry T's - at Emerald Grand on the harbor. Back Porch - on the gulf; turn at the light by the Hampton Inn For a good time on the water: Go sailing with Captain Rex on the Nathaneil Bowditch - on the harbor at Emerald Grand. Take a dolphin Watch Cruise on the Hannah Marie - on the harbor by AJ's. For interesting places just to walk around and explore: Baytowne at Sandestin - east on 98 Destin Commons - north (actually within walking distance) Emerald Grand - west on 98 And of course enjoy the beach and don't miss the sunrises and sunsets. This home and this neighborhood are perfect for family vacations or group events. Once we found this place, we have been coming back for years now.   Our group really enjoyed staying at this wonderful beach house. The house exceeded our expectations in every way and we can't wait to come back. It was very spacious and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of room as did the main family room. We especially loved hanging out by the pool and it was plenty large enough for our group of 16 people. Plus, it was an easy, safe and quick walk to the beach from the house. The house has plenty of parking (enough for 6 cars) and the owners are local and very responsive!

  My very large family filled every inch of this house and it was plenty of room. We had around 25 people including small children. Overall we had a great time. The house is in great proximity to the beach and shopping. We will definetly stay here again.

  I was desperately searching for over a month for the PERFECT house to have my daughters wedding -which she had to have in Destin. When I called the owners of this home and talked with Julia- I knew this was our destiny. She was so sweet and helpful with ideas and solutions to make our special event perfect. She described the house in detail and suggested how we could even move out the furniture to transform the downstairs into a spectacular reception space. She also gave me the endless of list of available items in the house so we did not have to worry about packing extras. My family was so pleased with their accomodations and the relaxing pool and gameroom. Everyone agreed the house was spacious and perfectly located. If there was any minor issue, it was taken care of promptly. The house transformed into an elegant and spacious dinner/dance hall- with adequate space for 70 family members and guests to dine, dance and socialize. My daughters tears of joy the entire week are proof enough of how perfect this house is for anyone's family vacation/event.

  Immaculate home with spacious areas for gathering a large group. 3 couches face the big screen in the main den - game room keeps kids occupied - pool is small but entertaining with waterfalls and pool toys. We used it for multi-family beach vacation - but would also be great for corporate retreat. 5 thumbs up!
