The main house features a HUGE gourmet kitchen complete with granite counter tops, stainless appliances plus separate GE Profile ice machine (makes up to 25 lbs. of ice per day) - A MUST HAVE for a large group; an oversized den area with soaring 20 foot ceilings amd a gas fireplace for entertaining; french doors that flow on to the pool and porch areas with tons of outdoor dining space; a game room complete with POOL TABLE, AIR HOCKEY, TABLE TENNIS, AND FOOS BALL; The main house has four bedrooms and an enclosed hallway bunk room(2 Kings, 1 Queen, 6 Twins), and three baths. The master bedroom includes a walk in closet, dual sinks, jacuzzi tub, large shower and french doors leading on to one of the many decks.
The carriage house features a morning bar (refrigerator, microwave, sink, coffee maker, blender) , den with murphy bed, two private bedrooms (1 King/ 1 Queen) and full bath.
Large porches wrap around the home and are perfect for enjoying the private heated pool with spillover waterfalls, cooking out on the gas grill or unwinding after a long day at the beach. The long pavered driveway can accomodate 8 cars so parking is never a problem. This home is perfect for large family or group gatherings. There is an outdoor shower at the pool for rinsing off after your day at the beach.
Bedding: Three kings (including master) and two queens (all pillow top mattresses); six bunks (twin sized); oversized den with two queen sleeper sofas and two chair half sleepers(twin-sized sleeper); carriage house den has full sized murphy bed. All sleepers and bunks feature upgraded mattresses. Home is professionally decorated with high end furnishings, cookware and linens.
Special Features: GAME ROOM with pool table, air hockey table tennis, and foos ball.
