Your home is absolutely awesome. It was really like a home away from home. My daughter and son-in-law and grandchildren along with my son and daughter-in-law definitely want to rent this home again. The kids had other homes rented which weren't anywhere near as nice as this one. Thank you for caring so much about your guests and their comfort. All the decor and furniture were very comfortable. My three-year-old grandson loved the hanging fish . . . . Hopefully we will be back once again.

If you are looking for a great place to staythis is it! We have just returned from staying here and could not have been more pleased. It is convenient to everything, including pools, ocean(with greats views from the master deck), salons, restaurants and shops. This home was spotless, it has a great kitchen and the furnishings throughout were top-notch. Bedrooms are spaced out nicely allowing privacy to all and it was so easy to walk to the beach, the pools, tennis courts or golf courses. We had our daughter's wedding reception on the lawn just outside the back door and the rehearsal party was here as well. It was just wonderful. Don't hesitate to contact the owners of this home. They are easy to work with and you will be glad you did. You will not be disappointed.

Rather than relying totally on Internet pictures and narrative descriptions when we were shopping for a vacation accommodation, to a large degree my wife and I based our decision to rent this condo for a month upon communications with its owners. They answered our questions with straightforward information. For example, one said their condo would be sparkling clean. And it was! No need to wash sheets and towels, either, she said, “just call the ‘front desk’ and they’ll bring you clean ones and take the used ones away.” And they did! And at no charge!! If you’re a car buff there’s a garage under the condo to protect your car’s finish. For Internet heads there’s an Internet signal both strong and password secured. Lounge lizards will find the beds and other furniture supportive and comfortable. Book worms will rejoice over lamps in each room with three-way bulbs. (No more eye strain.) Wannabe cooks, like me, will be happy with the well-equipped kitchen. For gym rats, the Wild Dunes Resort fitness center is also well-equipped, close by, and free. And beach-combers will, of course, find the beautiful beach a stone’s-throw away. Rent this place. You’ll be glad you did.

A very nice unit in a very nice resort. Spacious, nicely updated, and very convenient location. Best compliment though goes to honesty of housekeeping and resort staff. We realized at the airport on our departure that we had left my wife's rolling bag and a dress bag from Belk with several new clothing items in it in the upstairs bedroom. I could not reach the staff until the next day. They had the belongings in their lost and found, promptly shipped it out and we had the items 3 days later. It is so nice to deal with an honest housekeeper and resort staff.

We loved our stay in your condo. The condo was so pretty, every room decorated with so much taste. The kids loved the Jacuzzi and there was plenty of room for all six of us.. Except for the first day when the house was not really clean, one phone call and you Judy worked a miracle and the Hotel people came and cleaned, we had no more complains. The place is quiet, the beach is nearby, if you want you can go for excursions or if you prefer you can stay home and enjoy what the place has to offer. We would highly recommend this place to any family.

I visited 24 Brand Pavilion in May with my parents. We had a wonderful time. The home was so comfortable and very well appointed and most of all CLEAN! The home was light filled and open, modern in furnishings and so convenient to the beach and pool. I will definitely be back!

We so enjoyed our month at 24 Grand Pavilion. The condo is absolutely beautiful, well appointed, and comfortable. The color schemes in every rooom are so tasteful, we felt very pampered and welcome. It was great to be so near the Pavilion Pools, hotel and swim center. And most of all, to be right near the ocean for those morning walks and afternoon runs.. Dear Judy & Bill, Thank you for the use of your Wild Dunes home. This was our first trip to Isle of Palms and hopefully not our last due largely to the clean, comfortable atmostphere you have created at 24 Grand Pavilion. I don't need to add additional comments regarding its wonderful location to the beach, pools, pavilion, and golf courses. I would like to comment however, on the presence of your generous hospitality we felt was so evident everywhere, especially your helpful notes concerning our safety in the shower to the TV local channel listings and internet access. I enjoyed your well-organized kitchen; all your personal touches; and we were all facinated with your map decorations. We have stayed up and down the coast of the Carolinas for several years and always hoped to find that "home away from home". We found that feeling at 24 Grand Pavilion. Although this is our first time renting the property, the improvements are obvious – fresh paint, brand new double hung windows, new living room furnishings and bed linens in first floor bedroom, new carpeting, all new kitchen appliances and more. The unit is in top notch condition. Furnishings are very tasteful in appealing colors and patterns.Access to the beach is superb, with just a few minutes walk until you are on an expansive beach with wonderful sunrises, sunsets, changing tide patterns, changing sky colors, and nature at its best. We played golf at both the Harbor and Links golf courses which are well maintained. Of course the last two holes along the Ocean on the Links course are like you’ve died and gone to heaven for golfers – especially on a beautiful sunny day with a Carolina Blue sky.

What a great home!! We stayed at Bill and Judy's home the week of July 15th. We had our two boys, (8yr. and 6yr), our 11 month old daughter, and our babysitter! The layout was PERFECT! In fact, the master closet is so big that it became a "nursery" for us off of the master bedroom! The location is great and we especially enjoyed the screened-in porch. Thanks Bill and Judy!

We enjoyed the easy access to the various property pools and to the beach. Our kids loved the opportunity to rent bikes and ride the bike trails surrounding Wild Dunes. The owners provided us with beach chairs, boogie boards, and pails that our two children thoroughly enjoyed during our beach trips.

We highly recommend Bill and Judy's house! We stayed at their house the week of June 26th 2006 with our two boys (1 and 5 years old) and Niece (11 years old) and had an absolutely wonderful time! If you are new to their house, Bill and Judy's home is immaculate, modern, and spacious. Located a few steps from the pool and beach, its one of the few homes with a backyard where kids can easily play while the adults watch from the comfort of the screened-in porch. If you are new to the area, you will love the convenience of the pools, beaches, sidewalks, restaurants, and nearby Charleston.

THIS IS A LETTER WE RECEIVED FROM RECENT GUESTS: Thank you so much for inquiring about our vacation last week at your beautiful house in Wild Dunes. Your home was so comfortable, not to mention the decor, which was tastefully done. We especially loved the hardwood floors because we own a hardwood company here in Knoxville, so we have a real appreciation for them. Everything worked properly and there were no problems whatsover with anything. We commented often about what good care you give your house and how adequately it is furnished -- especially the kitchen. We took our laptop computer along and it was great to have the DSL service. All the staff at Wild Dunes were so nice and helpful. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the activities and the buffet on Sunday night was delicious. This was our first time to Wild Dunes and we picked the perfect place to stay. Beautifully furnished and so comfortable in every way. Excellent location to all that the resort has to offer. Our two teenage daughters had a wonderful break from school with so many activities offered in a fabulous environment. Very easy to get into Charleston for the day and there are some wonderful restaurants in and around the resort. We will absolutely be planning on returning again in the future.

Our vacation week at this property was delightful. Due to changes in a child's working schedule, we were unable to stay in our "regular" favorite place at Wild Dunes and we found this one available at the last minute. We have loved our summer weeks at Wild Dunes for many years and we were somewhat concerned that a change to a new location might not be all that we've come to expect. The only surprise this property had was being better than we anticipated. It is beautifully decorated and spacious. The master bedroom is divine. Perhaps our only concern as parents of three teenagers was that the home was too comfortable and we found no one in a hurry to get to the beach! We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and pools and found it easy to slip down to the pavilion to take in an evening's entertainment. The flight of stairs to the main living area proved to be difficult for an elderly visitor to negotiate more than twice a day but we managed. We knew to anticipate this as a problem because the property was so well described. The large garage area was particularly helpful in storing neatly our "just rinsed out back" beach chairs and umbrellas and the clothes lines for towels were always in use. We had many day visitors from relatives in the area and the large, spacious rooms accommodated us comfortably. The pictures and descriptions of the property are accurate and our communication with the owners was prompt and friendly. They helped us select a home for a week at the beach that suited our needs perfectly and is an experience we would love to repeat.

We feel so fortunate to have found someplace at the last minute, and were we ever "wowed!" Your home is lovely - beautifully appointed - with all the comforts of home. The location inside the resort was second to none. We easily walked to the beach and pools and could even enjoy our children playing wiffleball on the lawn while we lunched on the screened-in porch. Early morning coffee on the balcony with a view of the ocean was a real treat, too. Wild Dunes is such a family friendly spot. Our whole family really had a wonderful time. Your hospitality in recommending restaurants and tourist spots was invaluable, and even providing us with such clear driving directions and the activity book made sure our vacation was effortless. I feel like I'm a family member! We have had several family reunions at Wild Dunes, and used this house as our base of operations last time. The kitchen provided plenty of cooking equipment for good southern cooks, and the nearby restaurants provided the rest. We had a great time; know you will, too! It's a really nice house, close to the pools, the beach, and most other activities.
