  We spent 5 nights in this condo and loved it. We are a couple with 2 very active kids (ages 4 and 7) and the unit was big enough for all of us. The kids were excited to have their own beds, bathroom, TV, and balcony and we were happy that we could have our own space. The unit was literally a 2 minute walk to a great beach and the property had 2 showers along the way where we could wash the sand off before returning. There is a closet that was equipped with even more beach stuff than was expressed on the listing (snorkeling gear and sand toys) which came in handy. We didn't cook much but it looked like the kitchen had everything we would have needed. The unit is exactly as pictured so you will not be disappointed. We would DEFINITELY recommend this rental to anyone. Thank you, On King! We will stay here again should we return to Maui!

  Remodelled condo was very modern and comfortable. Its location in Kihei is perfect. Across from one of the best beaches and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The buildings pool and barbecue areas have recently been remodelled as well, and are kept meticulous. The view from the lanai was great as well, able to watch the whales and dolphins while having our morning coffee. Doesn't get any better. The owner is very easy to deal with and very prompt in answering any questions or concerns. Thank you On-King.

  The pictures don't do it justice. This unit and surroundings were perfect for my children and I. From comfortable beds to all the upgrades, there are no complaints . I found it a great place to stay for families as well as folks just looking to relax. The pool was fantastic and we bbqed there almost every night. The beach is right across the street and stores and restaurants just a short walk away. A perfect location! The office staff were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back to this unit when we come back again. Thanks!!

  We have just returned from our first family trip to Kihei. The condo we rented from On-King was perfect; lots of room for four of us, a lanai off of each of the two bedrooms and the living room, and lots of great renovations. The kitchen was well supplied with tools needed for cooking at home and the beach chairs/ boogie boards etc were used each day and we were most grateful for that. On-King was fantastic with correspondence - before, during and at the end of our trip. His response time was very fast. The pool was just outside, below our window and we made great use of that as well as the BBQ's in the pool area. The staff at the Office and the grounds keepers were also great - out very early each morning cleaning the BBQ's in preparation for the next evening. What a great experience! Thank you so much On-King!

  The condo was just as listed. Had all the amenities. Close to the pool and BBQ's with a view of th ocean in the mornings. The unit was clean and any issues were dealt with immediately. It's located perfectly on the end of South Kihei strip and easily walkable to nearby shopping and beaches. I can definitely say that we will be staying here again.

  our whole family stayed in this resort and it worked out great- seniors to smaller children, the suites are very liveable with fully supplied kitchens and tons of space. owner was in contact so any questions/issues addressed immediately.

  We stayed for 4 days with 4 adults and 2 kids. Had a fantastic time. Condo nice set up. Everything you could possibly need to to have a great time at the beach. Short walk from door to beach. Condo clean and well stocked, owners awesome to deal with. Unfortunately didn't get to use the pool infront of condo as it was having maintenance, but would stay agin. Great location!!!!!

  We had the best vacation in Maui. The condo was even better than the pictures! The condo was so spacious. Everything was so clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. We hardly ate out since it was so nice to cook right there and have dinner on the lanai. On King was great to work with and very quick to respond to any questions. Thanks for letting my family use your beautiful condo!

  This was our 2nd time staying at G307. The owner is very helpful and did a fantasic job on the remodel. The beds are very comfy, bathrooms are stocked with big fluffy towels. You have everything you need in the kitchen. There's also beach towels, chairs, boggie boards and a cooler to take to the beach. I love how theres a key code for the door, no worrying about who has a key. You won't be disappointed staying here!

  On-King was a pleasure to deal with, returning emails quickly and providing all the information I requested and answering all my questions with a 'smile'. The condo was fully stocked with all sorts of beach accessories and even toys for the kids. The kitchen facility had everything in it that any one would need. Since my plane got in to Maui quite late, On-King even offered to have someone pick up grocery items for me and have them ready in to condo, so I didn't have to worry about going out first thing in the morning to go grocery shopping. The return of my deposite was quick and efficient. Thank you On-King for adding to a hassel free excellent vacation in Maui.
