Located on Windwood Bay this villa is one of the largest rental villa's available and has everything you need for the perfect Orlando vacation. 5 huge bedrooms beautifully decorated, 4 1/2 bathrooms, private swimming pool and Jacuzzi, this luxurious villa covering close to 4,000 sq. feet is a destination in itself.
Sleeping 10 comfortably, the villa is a perfect retreat for one or more families or an ideal base for friends to meet and enjoy the Orlando attractions and nightlife.

Kitchen/Diner
The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including cooker, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, coffee maker etc...
A kitchen island separates the kitchen from the family room, which provides access to the pool area. The family room is also equipped with TV and DVD, Xbox and is a wonderful place to relax as you plan your daily activities. DVDs, games aand books are provided. .
Living/dining room
The spacious living and dining room includes an elegant dining area with seating for 6. The comfortable seating provides an excellent setting for pre-dinner drinks and gives you the opportunity to rediscover the art of conversation.
Bedrooms
Double doors offer entry into the master bedroom, which is truly outstanding. A 4-poster, king size bed allows for a peaceful nights sleep. The room also includes TV and DVD player. A full en suite bathroom with double sink provides all the necessary vanities to pamper yourself.
The huge walk-in closet (almost the size of a bedroom), will allow you to unpack all of your belongings while allowing ample space for any additional purchases from America's finest outlet stores.
Sleeping an additional 8 people, the four remaining bedrooms are all doubles. Two are equipped with twin beds.
Bedroom 2 - Queen bedroom with en suite (upstairs)
In the second master bedroom, there is an impressive queen-size bed, (wrought iron and oak) with matching nightstands and a chest with mirror. The room also contains 2 lamps, radio alarm clock, pictures, ceiling fan and TV/DVD. There is a large built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 - Queen bedroom with en suite (downstairs)
The third master bedroom is again finished with very luxurious furniture (wrought iron and oak) with matching nightstands and a chest with mirror. The bedroom also includes 2 lamps, pictures and radio alarm clock.
Bedroom 4 - Twin room with shared bathroom (upstairs)
This bedroom is a animal themed room with solid oak furniture, twin beds, nightstand, lamp and radio alarm clock.
Bedroom 5 - Twin room with shared bathroom (upstairs)
The final bedroom is furnished with solid oak furniture in cream, twin beds, nightstand, lamp and radio alarm clock.
Swimming pool/Hot tub
The large swimming pool is ideal for that refreshing early morning swim before breakfast. Located to the rear of the pool, the Jacuzzi soothes tired limbs. A perfect place to enjoy a chilled wine or cool beer as the Florida sun slowly disappears. The sundeck has been extended by 160 sq ft. to provide ample room to sunbathe and ample pool furniture is provided.
The pool furniture consists of 2 tables with 10 chairs and 4 loungers. The house is in a cul-de-sac on a premium-oversized plot so when relaxing on the pool deck you are not overlooked by the neighbours!!
Pool towels are provided.
The Den area with 55 inch TV with DVD, netflix, Fox Soccer and seating for 10 persons.

Tripadvisor review - This is a superb holiday home for any family small or large. The accommodation has everything you could ever need during your holiday, including a great swimming pool and jacuzzi!. The location is perfect to enjoy all the Orlando parks, situated just 15 minutes away from Disney. The house is on a quiet secure cul-de-sac away from the hustle and bustle of the busy Orlando area so its perfect to get away from it all after a busy day and just relax by the pool.Did you find this review helpful? Tripadvisor review - The villa is huge and beautifully furnished with lots of comfortable beds and two separate "lounge" areas each with seating for six or so. We went as a family of 4 with two teenagers and were all able to have our own private space when we wanted to. The wireless internet is a big positive point. The pool is well laid out and quite private. Air con works well... it needed to in early August with temperatures and humidity in the nineties most of the time.Did you find this review helpful? Tripadvisor review -Whilst my vocabulary is quite extensive I cannot find the words to describe our stay in this magnificent property. It was as described but better & had all of the facilities mentioned & more. Our days were spent in the parks which were 20-30 mins away & we would often leave early so that we could spend more time in the house & lazing around the pool or congregating in the well equipped games room. Tripadvisor review - First impressions - this is a BIG villa! If you are going with your family you will not be short of space to get some privacy if you need it. The villa is very well appointed and maintained to a high standard. Location is ideal for Disney parks - I think we got to most parks in 15 mins each day. Very quiet location away from any main roads, so if you just want to chill out by the pool after a long day it is ideal. About the owner: I live in the UK with my husband Simon and our cats. I work as an office manager for a software company and love my job. My hobbies are shopping, travel and entertaining friends and family at our home.
Why the Owner Chose Windwood Bay:
We purchased the house as we have visited Florida many times and absolutely love the area and the US. There is so much to do with both coasts only an hour away. We obviously wanted to be close to Disney but Clearwater, Naples, Miami and the Florida Keys are within driving distance so there is so much to see and do.
We saw many properties before selecting our villa. We just fell in love with the house itself. There were many cheaper options but they just all had the same look and feel. We wanted a house with style!
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Our home is extremely comfortable and very well maintained. You only have to read the testimonials on our website to see what our guests say. There are some great restaurants and shopping facilities 5 minutes from the house. Golf is also 5 minutes away at Champions Gate.
The house itself is on an over-sized plot in a cul de sac backing onto conservation. When you are on the pool deck you cannot see the neighbours which is very handy when you want some privacy! We have planted a mixture of plants/palms and pride ourselves on maintaining the property to the highest possible standards. You may find a cheaper property, but I doubt you will find many that are decorated to such a high standard. Even the selling agent thought it was nicer than the show house - a nice compliment!
