  The staying in this appartment was fantastish, really very very gut . The staff ( dear Valentina and Fabrizio) are the BEST I can recommend it to all good people and wen I visit Rome next time - I will book the same Grazie miele!!

  We stayed in this apartment for 3 days following our cruise.The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. The decor was lovely and to our taste, the rooms were very cozy, clean and well equipped with comfortable beds. We all got a good night's sleep as the apartment was in a pretty quiet street. The location is ideal, very close to Piazza del Popolo. It was an easy walk to the Spanish Steps, Pantheon and Piazza Navona area and even all the way to the Vatican. If you are inclined to cook, there is a butcher's shop on the same street. We also enjoyed the small cafe across the apartment. On our next visit to Rome, we would definitely stay in one of Fabri and Vale's apartments as they really know how to make you feel at home.

  My husband and I stayed here for five nights with our two small children. The apartment was in an ideal location for seeing all of the sites and was very close to the Metro. It is in a perfect location for shopping! Upon our arrival we were warmly greeted with maps and recommendations for restaurants. I was very pleased to see that the pull out bed had already been made up for our jet-lagged children. The apartment is just as described in the listing and the pictures show an accurate depiction of the apartment. While it is not a luxury accommodation, it is very comfortable and we soon felt right at home. We found it an excellent value for the amount of space provided and location. We would highly recommend the apartment. Aside from the apartment meeting all of our needs, I should mention that Fabri was exceptional in answering ALL of my questions quickly and arranged our flawless transportation back to the airport.

  We stayed at Fabrizio's apartments in Rome in November. Superb location, comfortable accommodation and considerate helpful host. we will certainly be returning when we visit the Eternal City again.

  We have just spent seven wonderful nights in Fabrizio Cattani's apartment located between the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo. The apartment was warm, comfortable, well equipped, spacious and full of character. We loved the location. The apartment is in a small street off Via Babuino, so it is quiet despite being very near some of the most popular areas of Rome. There is a great little cafe/bar just a few doors away, and there are lots of cafes, bars, ristorantes, etc. in the area. It was easy getting around by either walking or using the metro or buses, and we felt safe at all times. Fabrizio was extremely helpful and responsive - nothing was too much trouble, even when he was travelling overseas he would respond to our emails immediately. We loved our stay and look forward to visiting Rome again and staying in this lovely apartment.

  We stay 7 days and nights with our 2 young children (2 and 5) in the apartment "spanish steps". We really enjoy the place, very central. We have the opportunity to reach most of the tourist places walking. The area was also full with shops: big opportunities to do shopping if you like it. The flat was really clean, warm (it was december), and all what we need was inside. New bathroom, kitchen was also ok with all the furnitures. Fabrizio was really helpful answering our question quickly by mail. The flat was also really nice, full of colors and decorations. We enjoy to stay inside at the evening and cook for us and our children so we do not try restaurants in the area. We will recommend this flat to people who want to stay in the center of Rome, specially with a family (the garden of villa Borghese is 5 min walking, with big opportunities to play for them and relax). The place was really quiet excepted some little noises coming from the business downstair in the morning (but if you have children, they wake up before :-) ).

  My husband and I have stayed in several of Fabri's apartments. We return every summer and are never disappointed. Fabri is most gracious with information about the area's of each apartment and giving you locals places to go. This apartment is located in a perfect area of town! All of the photos of the apartment are exactly as shown. The apartment was very clean and updated. I would highly recommend this apartment.

  This apartment is as presented: nicely furnished, warm, comfortable, spacious, in a very nice location. The photos don't do the apartment justice! The thick walls and energy efficient windows ensure comfort and quiet and except for some minor noise from the business downstairs the apartment is very peaceful. The bed is quite comfortable with a warm down duvet, and there is plenty of hot water. Overall, the apartment was clean and well maintained. I went to the local market and cooked a lovely meal in the more-than-adequate kitchen. Fabri was extremely helpful and recommended several excellent restaurants for an important anniversary celebration.

  Yes, this lovely, spacious apartment is as beautiful in person as it looks in these photos!! Two large sitting areas, one intimate bedroom with a very comfortable bed, and QUIET at night. The AC worked fabulously, even during an August heat-wave.... It was very clean with plenty of room for our stuff. The kitchen was just right for a quick breakfast or easy meal. The best part is how close is it to everything you want to see without being in the middle of noisy streets: easy walk to the subwayto get to the train station or Colisseum.VERY nice restaurants in this part of Rome in quiet side streets with romantic lighting... a great grocery store just blocks away, and super shopping in the fashion district at your front door. I would rent it again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Fabrizio!!

  In the middle of a seven week European holiday (including two cruises), we were able to spend four glorious days in Rome! What a delight! I had booked another VRBO some six months prior to our trip, but at the last minute that stay was cancelled for some odd reason! Their loss...our gain! My Magic Roma could not have been more perfect for us! My husband and I have travelled Europe many times before and this time we wanted to get a flavor of life with the locals...and no stuffy hotel rooms! Fabri responded to my inquiry immediately and within a day, we were signed up and anxiously awaiting our stay in Rome. Fabri recommended that we take the train (instead of a plane) from Venice to Rome. The train was so easy and relaxing. Upon arriving in Rome, we hopped a taxi and were at the loft within minutes. We were pleasantly surprised upon arriving. Marguerite met us with fresh fruit and answers to all of our questions. The unit was charming, elegant, colorful, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect...located on a small side street. Quiet at night, but full of life during the day! Especially enjoyed the Expresso Bar across the street! We felt very safe walking at night. The loft was perfect! Lots of natural light with three large front windows that opened onto the cobbled neighborhood street. Spacious unit with separate dining room, full kitchen, new bathroom, large living room and quiet bedroom. Bedroom had a comfortable queen bed, plus a sofa bed in the dining room. Air conditioning worked great...even though we rarely needed it. We were within walking distance from most major attractions: Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, shopping, grocery store, restaurants, tour buses and taxi's. Only a short distance from The Vatican...Hop On Hop Off bus dropped us off within a few blocks of our flat. Fabri was a delight, very accommodating to all of our needs...definitely a No Stress visit! Thank you! We will be back!
