This spacious, two story home is about ten minutes from downtown Reno, and is located on the thirteenth hole of beautiful Lakeridge Golf Course. The living room and family room both have cathedral ceilings and are separated by a two-sided gas fireplace. The lights of the city can be enjoyed from the living room and from the intimate brick patio.
The home has three bedrooms which can sleep up to six people. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, one bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has a twin day bed with a trundle. Also, because extra sleeping areas are sometimes needed, we have provided additional sleeping for up to six people with a double-size futon in the loft, a double-size futon in the family room, and a twin day bed and trundle in the living room area. There are two full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs. From the family room, french doors lead to the patio area which has built-in seating and a gas barbecue for outside dining. There is also an attached two car garage for cars, motorcycles, or any other toys you might have.
Both the home and the garage have electronic keyless entries. This system is easy to use and eliminates any possible problems with lost keys. (You also won't have to drive around trying to find the place to pick up your keys when you arrive). Our customers love it.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
(two night minimum) $1,700 per week...$780 three nights...$680 two nights
(Sorry, but due to increased costs, we have had to raise our 2 night rates.)
Hot August Nights, Street Vibrations, and Dec.22 - Jan.1 (three night minimum):
$2,050 per week... $975 three nights
A refundable $500 damage deposit is required.
12% local room tax for stays under 28 days not included.
$125 Cleaning fee required
Monthly rates are also available.

It was wonderful to be able to stay in a warm, cozy (but big) home intead of a busy, cold hotel! We enjoyed every minute. The girls loved to stand on the bench out back and watch the city, the golfers and all the fun little creatures running over the rocks. By the way - what are the rodents that aren't squirrels? Marmots? Prarie dogs? They are cute. We would love to be able to stay here again next year. We'll keep in touch.
