This superb south-facing St Tropez-style villa is situated in a peaceful and private setting in Narbonne in South West France. It is equidistant between Perpignan airport and Carcassonne airport, about 30 minutes from Beziers and 1 hour from Montpellier. This architect-designed luxury villa is only 10 years old and has panoramic views of the sea lakes, or étangs, at Narbonne with views of the Mediterranean sea in the distance.
Just minutes from Narbonne, the house comprises 4 large double bedrooms - a master bedroom on the ground floor which includes jacuzzi, power shower and dressing room and 3 further large bedrooms on the first floor, each with its own ensuite bathroom or shower.
