This is a quiet building, walking distance to shopping, dining, theater, and sport activities. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room. Very Nice Property within 10 minutes of Santa Anita Race Track---Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. This is a very clean property in a quiet setting.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

My husband, our son and my mom stayed for a week. We loved the condo. The listing was very accurately described and the photos were exactly how it looked. It was very clean and maintained. The owner was very helpful, answered questions, and made it easy to get into the condo as well as provided contact information if needed. It is in a great location, easy access to visit family and sight-see. The condo is roomy and had all the amenities from home. Plenty of drawers and closet space with lots of hangers! The living room is very cozy and the beds were very comfy. We liked having the kitchen to cook sometimes. It was nice to have garage parking and easy access to the condo. This is a very pleasant apartment which met our needs very well - a Dad and two teenaged children staying in Pasadena for a week, for a combination of work and tourism. Great communications with the owner beforehand - we were met at the apartment and handed the keys and garage opener on arrival. The apartment is in a small complex - very well-maintained and quiet. Many high-spec fixtures and fittings, and clean. The apartment is in a residential area, a few minutes' drive from Old Pasadena. We spent most of the day and early evening elsewhere but it was a brilliant base for us. Nice touches in particular were all of the Beatles memorabilia :)Recommended for: Sightseeing.

My husband, son, and I stayed for a week and used this condo as our hub for visiting colleges in all parts of Los Angeles and also Santa Barbara. Access to freeways was easy and we were usually going against traffic patterns. Within Pasadena, we walked to Old Town shops and in surrounding neighborhoods. The interior of the unit was clean and nicely furnished. There were 3 televisions all with full cable channels. Having a kitchen, two full bedrooms and baths, washer/dryer and secure gated below ground parking made our visit perfect. I would recommend this condo for anyone looking for a hub to visit Los Angeles.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing.

I am walking distance to just about everything, from Trader Joe's to Macy's to restaurants. All is easily accessible. Pasadena is a beautiful city, with its interesting architecture, tree-lined streets, and most of all, its charm. It is a large town with a small town feeling. People are friendly and helpful. The weather is outstanding, with moderate temperatures and beautiful clear skies.
