  View is beautiful. Our son lives in Folly and we have usually stayed across the river but this condo had a better view and was less expensive. We walked to Folly easily. The condo had quite a few of necessary items we ordinarily would have had to purchase-- ketchup, bottled water, wine, beer etc. all that was asked was to replace anything if you used the last. Clean and comfortable. We didn't have any problems and the owner was on the complex in case we did. The only problem we had was getting the gate opened when our son would visit but there was always some helpful person that would let him in. We didn't bother the owner because we were there such a short time. Will probably stay here again.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Very clean, nice views . Very convienent to Folly. Owner very helpful with details. I would certaainly recommend.

  My husband and I visited with my sister and her husband. The condo was everything described. It has a fabulous view and is very clean. Great place for two couples! Close to all the fun at Folly, with a great pool area and tennis courts. We highly recommend you visit, we look forward to visiting again!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
