Our One-Bedroom Suite (sleeps 4 people) has been completely renovated in 2012 to capture the refined style of modern south beach style and offers a fully equipped kitchen for "at home" convenience as well as accessibility to a washer/dryer.
Guests of our Decoplage condo can also enjoy the Ocean Pool, Fabulous Garden and Fitness Center. The Pool and Fitness Center overlook the crystal blue Atlantic ocean and have private access to the boardwalk and beach. Located within the lobby are the front desk staff to help answer any questions that you have along with security of the building and valet to help with your car, luggage and groceries. You'll find additional shops, galleries, and restaurants all within walking distance.
Please note this home is rented by the MONTH and not rented more than 12 times per year. Price per month is between $3,500-$5,000 a MONTH depending on the season. (it is the same price whether you spend 2 nights or 25 nights)

Because we loved the location so much, we had a hard time finding something that was as updated and reflected South Beach so we had to undergo a complete renovation to get exactly what we wanted!
