Perfect for 2, 4 or 6 people, this brand-new, luxury villa is located in the most desirable area on the "Caldera" in Oia, Santorini. It is part of a small, private complex of a total of four houses. Each house has its own pool. There is a private, automated gate that leads to the private parking area directly in front of the house. The private pool is oversized and boasts spectacular views to the Aegean.

Tastefully furnished and decorated, this traditional house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The private verandah adjacent to the pool completes this magnificent setting. A perfect place to relax and watch the famous sunsets.

The villa is located just a short, ten-minute stroll to the town of Oia. This small, charming, and sophisticated town has beautiful shops and art galleries as well as suburb dining on the famous Caldera. There are also small grocery markets that stock popular food items. Below the village is the quaint fishing port of Ammoudi Bay, where you can dine on some of the freshest and most well-prepared seafood anywhere.

The beaches close to Oia are, for the most part, uninhabited by the usual crowds, but do not feature many beach amenities. Perfect for a quiet, peaceful day at the beach. Other more popular beaches are located past the main town of Fira; approximately 15 kilometers from the villa.
