Perfect for Spring Bike Rally. Our home is located just inside the South Gate so you are able to ride your bike to this house and park them there rather than using overflow parking. No pulling or towing your bike if you stay here.
This home boasts of a relaxing atmosphere befitting a home in coastal SC. After a nice day on the beach or by the pool, come back 'home' and throw some steaks on the grill and enjoy lounging in the 'TV' area underneath the house while the kids ride their bikes or enjoy the pretty pink porch swing and a little bit of people watching but don't be surprised if the neighbors stop by and say hello. There is also a double outside shower to help you cool off after a day in the sun.
On the inside, the main level or our home has a den with a flat screen TV, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The large master bedroom has a king-size bed with a door leading to the wrap-around porch and an attached bath with a large jetted tub, separate shower and walk-in closet. A half bath is also on the main level as well as a washer and dryer for your use. There is a beautiful staircase with palm tree wall mural leading to upper level.
The upper level has a second queen-size master bedroom with an attached full bath and balcony. There is another queen-size bedroom, a bedroom with a full-size bed, a bedroom with 2 twin beds and another full bath on this level as well. There are TVs in all bedrooms.
The main level deck has rocking chairs, beach chairs, cushioned patio furniture and a pub-height table for outdoor dining.
Check-out cleaning available for an additional fee of $150.
Towels, bed linens and golf cart are NOT provided; however, golf carts may be rented through Ocean Lakes.

About the owner: I am a retired police chief with 2 grown children and 2 beautiful grandchildren. My son is also in law enforcement and my daughter, her husband and 2 children have recently moved back home after being stationed in Hawaii with the USMC. I love to ride my Harley and play golf in my spare time.
Why the Owner Chose Mobile Home West:
We have vacationed at Ocean Lakes for many years since our kids were younger and now we hope to continue the tradition and raise our grandkids here. We love the security of the gated community and the family atmosphere of Ocean Lakes.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We love the comfortable atmosphere we have created in this home. Our favorite activities while at the beach are riding on golf carts in the evening and people watching after a relaxing day on the beach.
