We stayed at this beautiful villa for 8 nights! 11 of us were able to greet the New Year of 2013 with splendour! All is provided! Warmth, coziness, all the kitchen supplies you can dream of, awesome view, plenty of space "to chill", or "find your space". The Recreation Centre is an attractive bonus for those who are active! Especially for a group of people. We loved and benefitted from it! The downstairs was somewhat cooler! Extra blankets were appreciated! A geyser for so many guests would also be recommended. We ran out of hot water frequently. Other than that....top notch! Ideal location for skiing. We enjoyed "Kicking Horse" the most! Loved the Hot Springs! Close to so many possibilities! We highly recommend this villa to those who appreciate and honour the creation surrounding you and respect the property!

An Extended family

Although this villa's location and amenities were beautiful - the kitchen had everything you needed and the beds were very comfortable, our experience was filled with uncomfortable experiences. We had to be interviewed to rent this place. The great concern was our children who would cause mess. We would never recommend this rental to anyone who had children. There were rules about everything including the use of the pool table. We ended up being paranoid about everything and couldn't enjoy our stay. In the end we were accused of having pets in the condo and damaging the floor. Our damage deposit was grudgingly returned but the accusations remain. We would never rent this again. Save yourselves the hassle and go elsewhere.

You say that your unpleasantries started with an “interview to rent this place”. If you were familiar with renting short term vacation homes, you would know that it is common practice for owners to “screen” potential guests and to have house rules. This is done so that we can feel comfortable renting out our homes to guests who will understand and respect our investment into the property and our desire to keep it in an excellent state for all future visitors. We feel that we have an exclusive and deluxe home so it is very important that families with small children realize that we expect etiquette and decorum at all times while they are staying. If guests feel that this is an unrealistic expectation it is probably in their best interest to look elsewhere. Thank you, nevertheless, for your constructive criticism. Regards, Peter and Heather.

Amazing Property

My family spent Thanksgiving weekend at this vacation home and everyone of us was thrilled with how beautiful and well maintained it was. We were a party of ten and felt that there was lots of space and everything we could ever need. The property is immaculate! Every inch is clean, lots of extra linens and towels, fully stocked kitchen and beautiful fireplace, pooltable, porch swings and an even better view!!! We really enjoyed the nice walking paths close by as well. We had such a great time... Wish we could have stayed longer. My family will be talking about this trip and the great memories we made here for years to come. If you have a chance to stay here, make sure you do!

Amazing place and vacation

We were a party of 11 who spent the last weekend of September at the villa. I knew from the pictures that it was a beautiful place, but when I walked in I couldn't believe that this was actually a vacation villa that has been rented out numerous times. The place was in immaculate condition, the décor was magnificent and the floor layouts were such that none of us ever felt crowded - there was enough room for everybody. The indoor entertainment is great for colder days with the pool table, two TVs, movies... We loved the deck and we had our meals on the deck enjoying the view (we were lucky the weather was good that weekend). We also enjoyed looking at deer and wild sheep walking in the backyard and the streets. We were really happy with the stay there and we were all wishing we could stay longer. Definitely a place we would like to go back to again. Thank you Heather and Peter for renting out your wonderful villa and letting us enjoy it. Galina Calgary, Alberta

Borrego (a 5-star) Retreat!

This is such a wonderful base from which to explore the beauties of the Columbia Valley... and beyond. The views from either deck are stunning! There are so many small touches in this home that made us feel truly pampered... right down to the gorgeous linens. The setting is tranquil and soothing (we loved watching deer graze over our morning coffee), but is still only minutes to the Hot Springs, restaurants and shops. We highly recommend a day trip to Marble Canyon - the icy blue waterfall will take your break away! Be sure to stop at the lookouts and trail heads along the way. Thanks again for making your beautiful home available for our enjoyment!

This property is a true treasure. We could not believe the luxurious accommodations complete with everything that you would ever need for a stay. Quite frankly, we couldn't believe that anyone would rent out a home like this. The home owners are a delight, the location is ideal and the amenities are too numerous to count. Quiet, safe, beautiful, organized, perfect are just some of the adjectives to describe this home and its location. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us and we look forward to staying with you again as soon as we can! We will most certainly recommend to all of our friends and family.

Fantastic vacation getaway!

This property was everything it was said to be and more. The set-up was perfect for 3 couples and an infant to allow everyone to have their seperate space with loads of living room on the main floor and the basement (altough the house is so large we barely made it to the basement!). Lots of room in the garage to store bikes, clubs, kayaks, etc. The kitchen was fully stocked to allow meal preparation (to be honest, there were several gadgets I didn't know how to use...). Great location and a fantastic view. We hope to be back soon!

Great location! Easy to get everywhere we needed to. The access to the RVVR rec center was much appreciated (we needed a swim on those hot days!) Quiet, clean and beautiful home. Fully stocked kitchen was a bonus, too! We will definitely be back.

This property lived up to its billing! Had a great stay in Radium at this property. Every amenity you can think of (plus more) and for the aspiring chefs out there, wonderfully equipped kitchen and BBQ. This property is great for a guys golf getaway (our purpose) but would be equally great to accommodate a couple families as well. Property was immaculately clean and the owner was amazing to deal with. Thank you for the excellent stay.

The villa is beautiful and spotless. We are all blown away by how luxury it is. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are super comfortable. We will be back.

This property / listing is one of the best that I've stayed in!!! The owners are very helpful from point of contact through to the end. The property has very nice amenities and you can tell it's very well looked after, in addition to the attention to detail in terms of communication upon arrival.
