  This was our first time booking a villa anywhere and found the booking process with Sandy very simple through email communication. Sandy provided information about the local area such as nearby restaurants, etc and I'm sure that had we asked Sandy would have been able to answer any question about the local area promptly. There were 6 adults and 1 child in our party and there was more than enough room in the villa for all of us at any one time. The photos on the listing are exactly as we found the villa upon our arrival and cannot stress how clean and fresh it was inside and out. The pool is a good size and well maintained, the pool heating made it more than comfortable at any time of day. The villa is located close to numerous restaurants, nearby supermarkets and is an excellent base for any of the surrounding attractions. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to friends or relatives and would happily book again with confidence.

  This was the first time we had booked a villa in Florida as we generally stay in hotels. I guess I was a little apprehensive at first booking with a stranger. But I found the process really easy and I needn't have worried as the villa was lovely and very close to all the parks. The trouble was my kids just wanted to stay by the pool all day and I had purchased all the park tickets. I will know next time.

  Very wonderful experience staying this beautiful villa. Well kept and maintain clean. Easy access to the park and restaurant. With this villa, you can get good rest and let the kids have a fun memory. We like it very much!! For sure we will stay in this villa again, if we visit Orlando next time! Great owner to communicate. Thank you!

  Another wonderful holiday at this villa. Excellent location for all Disney parks, Kissimmee area and shopping villages. Great facilities at the villa and well kept estate makes it an ideal base. Lovely quiet area, with a great choice of restaurants just down the road.

  The villa is situated in an ideal location within Rolling Hills, it is not overlooked and is a very peacefull and quiet environment with lots of wildlife. It is very clean and comfortable and a great place to relax after a long day at the parks. There were five of us staying in the villa and we had lots of space. The pool and the games room were great. We also had the added reasurance of knowing the management company were just a phone call away if we needed them and having a safe meant we didn't have to carry valuables with us every day.We were only a matter of minutes away from Disney which meant we could split our days up by going back to the villa for a break in the middle of the day and returning to the parks later in the afternoon. There are also lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It is also only a short journey to Universal Studios and some great shopping malls. We had a great holiday which was made all the better by staying in your villa. We would highly recommend it to family, friends and anyone looking for a great place to stay in Florida.

  Wonderful 4 bedroom villa with pool, very comfortable and ideal for family hoilidays with excellent location. Only 10 minute drive to Animal Kingdom and a few moments from local amenities. Have rented this lovely villa twice and would not hesitate in recommending to friends and family.

  We have just returned from this villa and were all very impressed. It was a joy to sit out on the patio early in the morning, listening to the wildlife and watch the sunrise over the hills. We even saw a few balloons pass over the villa at the weekend. The villa layout suited our needs and gave us all privacy, as we had our parents with us, plus 2 children. Great location, we actually timed the trip to Animal Kingdom and it only took 8 minutes. Will certainly recommend the villa to family and friends and will now start saving for our return trip in 2014.

  Our two families stayed at this villa in December 2011. It was an ideal location for us, so close to the Disney Parks and many restaurants. I was quite surprised how quiet it was, especially after the noisy parks. We liked to lay by the pool at night with a glass of wine and listen to the wildlife, followed by the fireworks at Disney at 10pm. The owners were very flexible and allowed us a late check out (free of charge), as our flights were late in the evening. Will certainly be returning.

  We stayed here for just over 2 weeks and had the most amazing time. All of the parks were all close by so this is excellent for a Disney break. The pool was the perfect size and my daughter became very confident with swimming as she went in every day. Their were restaurants and shops within a 5 minute drive. Their was 5 adults, 1 teenager and a 5 year old and we were not cramped for space. The villa was very clean and we felt right at home (we didn't want to come home) We will be returning when the new addition to the family arrives. Thank you.

  We had awonderful stay in your villa.It was ideal for our two families and gave us all space and privacy.The kids loved the games room,actually my husband did to. My grandson learnt to swim in the pool as he felt safe being close to the sides, and we found some inflatable armbands in the games room.It was good to have such a large choice of restaurants so close as we didn`t want to travel to far after along day at Disney .On our last day we were eating breakfast outside and 4 hot air ballons came over the villa, the kids were excited .We chatted with your nice neighbours who recommended a restaurent to us and told us a bit about the area.We plan to return in 2014 for my 60th and will certainly book again with you then,

  This was my 2nd stay in your villa and were delighted with some of the enhancements you had made the games room went down well especially the pool table. We found lots of inflatable pool toys to the delight of my 7 year old god-daughter who could not believe that she had her own pool, thanks for the advise about heating the pool, this meant that she could stay in the water until late. The information about where to eat meant that we tried many different restaurants. We could not believe that all phone calls were included. We had a wonderful holiday with the high light being a day at discovery cove swimming with dolphins. Thank you we will definitely recommend your villa and my god-daughter is already planing her next visit

  What a lovely villa - all the facilities you need for a great holiday in Orlando and very close to all the Disney parks. The accommodation is excellent and extremely clean and comfortable. We have stayed at hotels before in Orlando but after staying at the villa we would not go anywhere else. It was so nice to come back to the villa after a day at the parks, have a swim and rest by the pool. There are lots of excellent restaurants nearby (which Sandy kindly recommended) and you'll be spoiled for choice. We look forward to returning soon and would not hesitate to recommend it to our friends and family.
