Welcome to our beautifully renovated, charming beach cottage on a private Shinnecock Bay beach. We invite you to relax this summer---swim, kayak, or sail right outside your door!
Our cottage has 2 bedrooms with double beds, one bath with walk in shower and an enclosed porch. It sleeps 4 adults, and a child's bed is available if needed.
This charming cottage was completely renovated this year with a brand new kitchen, new appliances, flooring, lighting and paint. It has a fully stocked kitchen. Wifi, cable with 2 flat screen tv's.

Enjoy peace and quiet in a secluded cottage on a private road. Spend your days relaxing in tranquility on a private bay beach. Swim, sun, read a book, float, kayak without packing a car and driving to the beach. Just picture a summer bonfire on the beach! The bay is perfect for boating, windsurfing, sailing, fishing. All steps from your door.
A five minute drive takes you to the gorgeous Dune Road Ocean Beaches. Walk for miles along the ocean's edge, ride the waves, surf or just read your book to the sounds of pounding waves. Marinas are also within a five minute drive--rent a boat or jet ski for the day, or go on a fishing charter. A 10 minute drive takes you to the heart of Southampton, with trendy shops and cutting edge restaurants. Westhampton is only 15 minutes away for more shopping and fun.
Vineyards are everywhere! A half hour puts you up to the North Fork, where you can drive and visit vineyard after vineyard during a lovely afternoon drive.
We keep the cottage open for a long season extended past Labor Day---enjoy May thru September in the Hamptons!
