The 3 level clubhouse features a lovely restaurant/bar serving daily low-cost breakfasts and lunches and a fish fry evening dinner weekly.
As you enter this beautiful home the living room boasts a RECLINER and an eye-popping newer couch and loveseat , good lighting for reading, and a multi-channel flat screen TV and DVD player.
As you step from the living room, you walk onto the eastern exposure patio, providing a peaceful alcove for morning coffee and reading the paper and a shaded afternoon respite for reading or snoozing! An outdoor electric grill is also provided for quick dinners.
The open kitchen features stained cherrywood-like cabinets with slide-outs and a new coordinating dining set to comfortably accommodate 6-8 people, surrounded by large, sunny windows.
The large master bedroom with huge walk-in closet is like a separate wing of the home featuring full-wall windows, flat screen TV, queen sized bed and memory foam mattress set, a computer desk and FREE Hi-Speed Wireless Internet. The ensuite bath includes a walk-in shower and lots of storage.
The bright and roomy second bedroom features a queen bed and a full hall bath just steps away.
We also provide a queen sized blow up mattress the grandkids will love to sleep on!!
The 1.5 car enclosed garage has room for your large vehicle and plenty of space for safe storage of your extras.

If you are looking for a great spot in the East Valley of Phoenix AZ, then this beautiful and cozy two bedroom is the place for you. Located in SunBird Golf Resort, this 55+ community has all that you will need. A golf course, pool, exercise facility, billiards room, library, restaurant, tennis and basketball courts, horseshoes and more. Close to important daily shopping and within a very short drive to major shopping mall. Even a Post Office on site. Easy access to two interstates. The owners have this property well decorated and very functional with all your needs including wi-fi. Extremely comfortable and reasonable rent. When you're wanting to find the sun head to 6915 S Championship Dr. Chandler AZ.Recommended for: Age 55+.

My husband and I stayed at this Sun Bird property in March and highly recommend it. We were pleased to walk into this home and find it clean and very well decorated with comfortable modern furniture. This gated community offers a wide variety of events and activities and the golf course is well maintained. You will enjoy the wide variety of birds, long walks along the paths and the serenity of the surroundings. It is close to a variety of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. It is truly a home away from home. We will be back!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.
