Our stay was very nice. The rental was clean and conveniently located to the downtown area. Our family ice skated in Lithia Park, snowshoed and skied on Mt. Ashland, rode mountain bikes and shopped downtown. We shopped for groceries at the local co-op and cooked on the hotplate (rice and chard) and grilled steaks on the outdoor grill. The cooking facility is limited but we were aware of that when renting. The unit has a toaster oven, microwave and hot plate. The rental was within walking distance of everything. We even rode bikes on the Greenway. The rental was too small for 4 people. We would reserve the larger rental the next time we visit. It was just too small for 4 - maybe for 2 adults and a toddler but we had 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Overall though - the place was awesome.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

an adorable space in an incredibly convenient location. Sweet little kitchenette allowed our tiny family to prepare almost every meal at "home" and almost any restaurant we wanted to go to was within walking distance. It was such a treat to look forward to spending time indoors, out of the heat, at 237 B street. The space is incredibly well maintained and clean and there's beautiful natural light streaming in through the kitchen windows. I booked this rental on fairly short notice and Teresa was extremely helpful and made my first experience with VRBO a delight. I would absolutely recommend this rental and I think this space is a true treasureRecommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our son played a golf tournament in Medford but we decided to stay in Ashland and we loved it. The property is very cozy and we loved eating dinner & BBQ on the patio. We loved having the market just across the street and this place is close to everything in downtown. Lots of shops nearby and many restaurants to choose from if you don't like to cook. The property is clean and well maintained and we love the new garden in the backyard. We would come back and stay here again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children.

We enjoyed the unbeatable location of this charming unit. It is an easy walk to shops, restaurants and the theaters of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, and just steps away from the Ashland Co-op, which has many organic and prepared food items. For mountain bikers, it is an easy ride to the skate park, where a shuttle makes regular trips to the top of Mt. Ashland. We also rented the adjoining two-bedroom cottage. Both were sparkling clean and well appointedRecommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

I witnessed the transformation of this beautiful property, and you all did a really wonderful job with it! The location is totally unbeatable. Everything in Ashland is within easy walking distance - the plays, fine and casual dinning, the co-op, Saturday Growers Market, and Lithia park are all within a few blocks. The house is beautifully appointed, and rich in both comfort and style. I highly recommend this to anybody coming to stay locally. And last but not least, Teresa the manager, is a dream to work with.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

This property has many favorable things to recommend and we very much enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again without hesitation and we will recommend it to our friends. The first thing that struck me upon entering was how clean, airy and beautiful it was. The wood floor is gorgeous and the wood molding is a rich cherry color against light walls. There are practical and attractive built-in drawers, and free-standing cabinets and wardrobes, again in good-looking wood. Sometimes, a lot of wood can feel heavy but it did not at all feel like that here. Instead, it felt fine and balanced. The wall hangings added an eye-catching visual touch. It is not a overly large unit but the three of us had lots of space to relax in. There was a cheery alcove with a nice bed for our daughter and we stayed in the private bedroom. The lighting is well done, we each had reading lamps, and there were plenty of outlets to recharge things. The bed itself is comfortable, not overly firm, with a smooth comforter. And it was very quiet. The main sitting area has a very comfortable sofa that faces a TV (which we never used). The bathroom was clean, simple, well-lit and had a nice assortment of towels and cloths. I especially liked having multiple shelves in the bathroom for everyone’s bathroom kits, and that the exhaust did such a good job that the mirror never even fogged up. The windowed kitchen area and dining nook are well thought out. The appliances are all more than adequate, as are the dishes and utensils. Our family breakfast at the table was pleasant and chatty. The walk to town-center was a few quick blocks and mostly flat. There is a fabulous food co-op across the way that we probably would have ate at more were it not for the restaurants in town that we visited. I am glad we did not bother renting a car. We just took a 20 minute shuttle in from the airport. Everything was very convenient, especially if you enjoy walking through the pleasant and safe neighborhoods. While here we took in the Oregon Cabaret, Dragonfly, Morning Glory, the whole length of Lithia Park, the college, artist’s market, farmer’s market, brewery, a movie, ice cream shop, book shops and more. All excellent. :) We had wanted to relax under the tree on the back porch. That, with a bottle of wine, would have been splendid. Next time. Really can’t think of anything much to complain about. At the time of this writing, they have not posted any photos and that should be addressed.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers.
