Work out in the exercise room, relax afterwards in the hot tub, or take a walk on many of the communities paved nature walkways (ideal for dog walking). Seawoods is only a short walk to the car-free beach and ocean with its own private walkway!! Convenient to shopping and restaurants, golf courses, clubs. Also about one hour from Orlando Attractions. Enjoy Walt Disney World and then relax at the beach...the best of both worlds!!

Compliance with Rules and Regulations :
The occupancy of the Premises and the use of community walkways and common areas shall be sufficiently courtious and abiding to posted rules so as not to disturb others. Parents are responsible for the behavior of their children.
Your Security Deposit Will Hold Your Reservation and will be returned within 15 days after your departure. Deposit is subject to forfeiture in the event of damage to the Premises and/or contents thereof.
A. Full payment for rental must be received 90 days prior to arrival. If reservations are booked less than 90 days before arrival all monies must be paid in full as soon as possible.
B. REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT. If a Renter wishes to cancel his/her reservation, he/her must do so within 15 days of booking date, his deposit shall be refunded less a cancellation fee of $50.00.
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 15 DAYS OF BOOKING DATE AND IF BOOKING IS WITHIN 90 DAYS OF ARRIVAL DATE IS SHALL BE NON-REFUNDABLE.
