  Our family has stayed in Destin numerous times at Mainsail and it never disappoints. Fabulous condo for our family's needs. Beautifully decorated unit with all the amenities you could want or need. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. This end unit provides more living space so you're not on top of each other and have your own privacy. Owners are helpful and very prompt in responding to questions. Beach is right at your doorstep so no lugging chairs, bags, and coolers. Couldn't have asked for a nicer spring break week with our family. LUV this place and can't wait to come back again this summer.

  Thanks for a great mini vacation... what a beautiful get a away! The condo was perfect.... so clean and beautifully decorated. Great location so close to everything in Destin.

  When we arrived we were met at the main gate by Steve. After talking with him for a few minutes we knew that if everyone at Mainsail was half as nice and accommodating as he was, this was going to be a great place. This unit is on the end with a large balcony overlooking the newly refinished tennis courts. There is another large side balcony with a great view of the gulf. The balconys have tables and chairs. The inside was very well decorated. There was plenty of room for 8. This unit was great. The beach was also great. The beach chairs and umbrella were put to good use. The only problem we had was the guys on the beach would start taking up the chairs at 4:30 everyday. This would not be a problem if you were allowed to set up a canopy, but there are no canopies allowed on the property unless you are an owner. I like to stay on the beach later than 4:30 or 5:00 and it is a hassle to be made to move all of you belongings. The pool area is nice. There are a couple of fountains, a baby pool and a hot tub. There are also numerous grills available for use by the pool area. I recommend taking advantage of these. We only cooked on the grills on our last night there, but we had a great dinner. Steve from the front gate stopped by and ate with us. We will definatly be staying here again and hope Steve is there to greet us.

  We stayed here may 21- 25th 2012. The unit is beautiful very well decorated and spacious. We enjoyed the pools and kids area very much.You can also walk to the North pool which was heated and not as crowed as the main pool area well worth the walk. Mainsail is right across from the outlets and my favorites TCBY and 32 Yogurt.The beach and water were very nice and we enjoyed the complimentary chairs and umbrella that came with the rental.Thank you for allowing us the use of your home away from home.

  I had a great time, and would stay again. Beach chair/umbrella rental included in rental fee a nice. touch. Great location and well appointed 2 bdrm unit that slept 5 with no problem.
